Pre Covid I have visited this salon many times. Today was my first visit post Covid. Previously was a clean nice place. This place has gone downhill, dirty. The lady that did my pedicure had her two sons running around, loud. Supposed to be a relaxing experience, it was not even close. She massaged one leg and foot and the other I guess she forgot about. She didn’t cut my cuticles. It was just all in a terrible experience. Will NOT be back. Had to Venmo them because they failed to tell me their credit card machine was not working. I've visited this salon 3 times now and I've had a great experience every time. That's saying a lot since I usually try a new salon because the last one always left me disappointed. The nail techs here really take their time and make sure you like the style of your nails along the way. I never feel rushed or pressured like I usually do at other salons. They have a huge variety of colors and services to choose from. So far, I've gotten shellac and dip powder manicures. I also think the prices are very fair for the quality of service you get. Very bad service, I went today and the lady who was doing my nails in between she was doing someone else too. Very unhygienic, plus the color I choose that was not same and pedicure was the worse, the nail polish she applied came off right way. I think any kid can better apply the nail polish than them.
