EDIT: Update..8/28/2019. After visiting several other nail salons who ultimately gave me subpar service, I am back at Louetta Nails with Hannah. I don't even remember why I left them, but I'm back. Hannah did a BEAUTIFUL job with my fill and I will definitely be going back to her! She makes your nails look like your own. No one would guess I had artificial nails. Please try Hannah for your next manicure or artificial nails. She has lost SO much business to Gossip Nails who moved into the same strip mall after being at her location for 10 years. Drink your "cheap wine" at home and go to Hannah!!
I haven't had artificial nails in several years and was ready to have them again. I stopped in Louetta Nails on a Friday evening and was helped immediately by Tami. She took her time and did a great job, so I will be going back for fills. I'm not "careful" with my nails and haven't had any problems with lifting.
4/23/2024: Another update! A few months ago I was in Louetta Nails for a fill and when Hannah gave me the receipt to sign, I thought she had gone up as I seemed to remember a fill being $5 cheaper. I could have been wrong though. I just said: "Oh, have you gone up?" Well, Hannah kind of "flipped out" angry telling me she hadn't gone up and she's not a LIAR, but how she had bills to pay and her electric bill was so high and on and on. It was just too much "angst" and anger for me given my comment. She was really mad and I just don't need that attitude! So I switched to Pamper Tips and Toes close by and really like Helen, the owner with her husband, Andy. They are higher, although I did get powder instead of acrylic, but the whole atmosphere and staff are all so pleasant. I read another review where Hannah treated a walk-in customer rudely and when she did it to me I remembered why I had left her before! Same thing....an attitude when I requested she do something different with my nails. I know times are hard but you just can't treat customers like that So as long as you don't "piss her off", her prices are good and she's usually readily available. It's really not worth running off customers when Gossip Nails is in the...
Read moreI walked in to ask about getting a pedicure after seeing the nice reviews. An employee of the shop was bent over looking for something while I stood waiting at the front reception counter. She finally looked up at me and told me rudely that they were busy!! Come back later. She had a mean look on her face and a very hateful tone in her voice. I understand if they were short handed and could not get to me at the moment. Also I noticed there were only a couple of cars parked out front and it was a Wednesday pm? This is no way to speak to customers. I am confused as to how they have such a great Google rating with rude employees. I will never step foot in this business again. Would have given 0 stars for unnecessary rudeness but at least one star is required. Plenty of other nail shops to choose from. After walking out I went to NV Top 8 Nails and they did a great job...
Read moreI dropped my mom off next door, had some time to kill, so i walked into this small quiet place. Hana took me in right away and she gave me the best pedicure I have had in years. I had to tell my mom so after my mom's appointment she walked over and got a pedicure as well. it was empty and only her and her husband were working. It was a Monday morning though.. She took her time, I had great conversation with her. I will definitely make the drive and be back to see her again. also reasonable compared to most places. The neighborhood I usually go to are up in prices and don't do as good a job. Nice people that work hard and deserve...
