My wife wanted a Oreo blast. We live about 1 minute from this so called Sonic. So we went down the block and ordered a mini Oreo blast. We got home and realized that we were not served in oreo blast but instead we were served a vanilla soft serve with a little bit of Oreo floor sweepings on top. Well maybe it was something else but anyway there was some black dust on top of some vanilla ice cream. So we went back. The journey wasn't that far after all. But this time instead of going through the drive-thru I went to the tables and press the button and told them what had happened and so I thought this time they would bring out an Oreo blast. They did not. What they brought me was exactly the same, vanilla ice cream with black dust on top. So we took a quick video and the vehicle and then we went back to the tables under the patio and we asked to speak to somebody who was in charge. Well actually we asked to speak to a manager but they didn't understand what we were saying so then we asked to speak to somebody in charge. Will fantastic some 17 year old kid came out and I tried to explain to him what the problem was and he really wasn't understanding and gave me a bunch of numbers like 225 and 333 and I really didn't know what he was talking about. Sorry pointed to a picture on the display that they have their around the tables and I said "is this a Sonic blast"? To which he replied it was. So I told him that "well what I see is a bunch of really good-looking pieces of candy mixed into the ice cream." He replied that that's the way it should be. And then he rushed off to make it again. Well the third one we got, after throwing away the first one and my wife in the vehicle with the second one, was slightly better. You see they had taken the black dust and they had actually mixed it into the vanilla ice cream, soft serve. But as you can tell from one of the videos, even the one that they allegedly mixed in still only has floor sweepings in it and no actual cookie pieces! Now I know I might be a little facetious here when I say floor sweepings but these are supposed to have actual Oreo pieces in it and they don't. So I would say that this restaurant is violating the Federal trade commission and the Federal Communications commission on the fact of improper advertisement and false advertisement. Now one would think that after going back and pointing this out to a so-called manager that they would correct the problem but they didn't! All they did was mixing the cookie dust with the ice cream and it still provided no actual cookie pieces. This is on top of a mini which is probably about 4 oz cost us $3.99! Now I know in today's society with people needing to make a living wage in all while they don't know how to make ice cream, prices have gone up. But I would imagine that for $4 for 4 oz, they should just make what they say they're going to make. Anyway, I don't normally review fast food places and if you look at all my other reviews are going to be actual restaurants. But I just want people to know that what they expect here might not be what they get.

Overall, I always have a good experience with this Sonic. The food is good, and it usually takes just a few minutes to receive my order. The manager seems to be a very nice lady. There is just one thing: I never get the sauces I order (two ranch). After many orders, I decided to confirm the reason with someone who works there. After talking to a local manager, I was initially informed that I need to put the sauces in the order to receive them. I showed her a receipt where I had, in fact, done that; there were two ranch sauce included. Then I was told that ranch sauce doesn't come with the burrito I ordered, so if I want it, I need to pay separately or choose a sauce that comes with the burrito. (If I understood correctly.) I checked the app to see if there is such an option, and it seems you cannot pay for sauces there; you can only add up to five condiments for free. This whole thing doesn't make sense. I mean, if you order something and it appears on your receipt, you should receive it, shouldn't you? ;)

I went to this Sonic today to try the new Salted Caramel Toffee Iced Coffee that's been advertised, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. When I tried to order the coffee with its advertised toppings—cold foam and crunchy toffee pieces—the employee at the speaker was defensive and unhelpful. She told me, "We don't do that here," and insisted the drink was "just iced coffee." I tried to clarify, asking if I could order the toppings separately, but she continued to be rude and raised her voice. The employee, who came marching out to my car as if to scold me, seemed more interested in arguing than providing a good customer experience. I understand that drive-thrus can be noisy, but there's no excuse for such an unprofessional and hostile interaction. The employee's behavior ruined what should have been a simple and enjoyable lunch break treat. This is a clear case of poor customer service that needs to be addressed. The young women who brought my drink and took payment was very polite.

Absolutely horrible. I pulled up in the drive-through lane to the speaker and asked the cashier what an aloha slush was. He mumbled something and then said, 'Is that what you want?" I politely told him I wanted to know what was "in" the aloha slush, but he did not answer. I then said, "Hello?" A second cashier came over the speaker, a female, who I could barely understand and I think she asked me what I wanted. I replied to her that I wanted to know what the Aloha Slush was, what was in it. I have no idea what she said in her attempt to answer me it was totally slurred sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles and I didn't understand one single word. I replied to her, "Can you please repeat that? I'm sorry but I didn't understand what you were saying?" I got no answer. No response, no reply. I finally said "Hello???" And nothing. Obviously they could care less so I drove off. This location has steadily gone downhill and the employees are horribly rude. The worst. They act like it's an effort to take your order, and an effort to answer any questions one may have. The time before, I wanted a plain hotdog with no mustard, no anything. The girl who took my order sounded annoyed and stated that she wasn't sure that could be done! WHAT?????? Couldn't be done?? This place needs to be closed down if they're not going to educate their employees of what it's like to be in the field of public service. I will NEVER go back to this location. Rude, Rude, and terrible...

The food is really good, I love the supersonic bacon double cheeseburger, with tots and some slushes, but, the girls who work there, work without desire, are not motivated, are negligent, and careless, and to make things worse, they are rude and their attitude is HORRIBLE, one of the girls, the one with brown hair, took my order, very reluctantly, and made me wait for more than 25 minutes, then I pressed the red button to ask about my order, nobody answered, I waited until the light stopped blinking, I pressed it again , nobody answered, and so I did it twice more, I tried to make signs to another one of the girls that was nearby, nor did she bother to approach or ask something, she just turned her back to me,( WHAT THE FOX said???) I just turned on my car and left this place; I really think that some manager or owner should take actions to correct this situation, or your business can go down, it would be a great pity, since it is an excellent concept, and the food they offer is very good and an...
