This nail salon is the WORST place to get your nails done. ESPECIALLY if you are a person of color!

It's a shame this salon is allowed to do business here and treat good paying customers with disrespect!

My husband and I recently went to get manicures, and the owner acted like we were in the wrong place. After the nail tech finished my nails, she came out to ask my husband what service he wanted. Well, by that time, I was already finished with my manicure, and we left.

Also, I even found it odd that they could never do my nails during normal business hours. I would show up at 11 am, 1 pm, or 2 pm, and they were never available. Even when customers were not there. They even have a sign that says walk-ins are welcome, too.

Whenever I would call, they told me I could come in at 6pm...well that is when they were closed. I guess they didn't want to do business with us during regular hours. Thank goodness for the other NICE nail places around here. I will not be back and caution anyone who goes there.

There is only one nail tech that is nice. The others are lazy and sit back talking about people in the connected hair salon next door. SAD!

Also, their wine was ALWAYS flat and tasted very old. I noticed that each time, they offered a beverage. Could have probably been sitting out and not stored properly. But then again, I was always the last one there....so there's that.

Terrible customer service, and an overall unkind experience. ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE...the app makes you give one, just so...

The worst nail job EVER, they were all bumpy and irregular, I tried to help her and hoped someone would jump in (I tried to get someone, guessing those not doing anything didn't do nails), no one came to assist. I then made an appointment to get my hair done the next week (4 days later) with the owner-she's cut my hair before and I liked how she did it. When I went back for my hair appointment, she wasn't there and had someone else - who I didn't trust cos' I had read reviews. Then the nail girl who previously did my nails and knew I wasn't pleased, looked at my nails, which 2 had fallen off, and offered to "fix them"...uh, that's a no" I had an appointment somewhere else that day.

I wasn't ever rude or nasty, I really tried to be kind and ask for guidance with the nails. The hair appointment, I'll admit, I was abrupt and...

the worst service... my first time in this place and it was horrible, we went to get my 4 year old son's hair cut and an a old lady told us it's going to take 30 minutes to serve him, we said ok we wait, Instead of being happy, she got very angry and treated us very badly, she sat my son in the chair and she started like crazy to cut his hair, she pulling and mistreating my son horrible, my son complained that she had hurt his head with the hair clipper so she got very upset she threw the hair clipper and she left mad... me and my husband grabbed our son and left this horrible place, we weren't going to allow our son to be mistreated by that crazy lady (That's how we got him out...
