The food: I got the salmon teriyaki bowl. The food experience for me, personally, was cold and you could taste burned teriyaki sauce and I mean burnt! It’s was clumping up because it didn’t have a lot of moisture because it evaporated. Don’t even get me started on the rice it was soupy in some areas and clumped up in others. Now, The service: I asked for them to heat up my food thinking maybe it would help the sauce and at a little warmth to the rice and make it less soupy, but she refused then she rolled her eyes and said “fine I’ll heat it up for you” with a massive sigh and sarcasm after 5 minutes she came back with my food and it looked and felt the exact same(and what I mean by “felt” is the bowl it was in was still cold.) The atmosphere: It was dirty, nasty, and it stank and no it wasn’t the food from Whole Foods it was the employees and the food crumps were on all of the tables and unknown sauce/liquid was on the floor and the chairs and under the tables I found a piece of gum. Not only that but the guy that was supposed to clean the tables and sweep the floor was on his phone while vaping nonchalant like he has don’t that before.
