Leslie the manager! At this location was very rude. She embarrassed me in front of my grandchildren.đ Most of all she was putting her fingers inside my cup !! While she was giving it to me on the counter. I asked for another cup and she slam the other cup . Instead of giving it to me in my hand. During the whole process taking my order . She was flaring her nose. Making faces and making sounds like if I was getting on her nerves for ordering. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me to hold on. She looks to her right and then she looks to the front facing me and says how can I help you Iâm the manager. How rude !!!! I told her if we can move to the side. I'm very allergic to Pineapple, before driving off I check my order I notice they add pineapple. I hate returning food but I told the young lady " look I'm allergic to pineapple. She grabs the banana split and all she did is all the strawberry and put whipped cream, look very sloppy, I had a look in it and notice the pineapple. I drove back around the young lady notice we were back in line and had the other person face us. I politely told the lady look I'm allergic to pineapples and when placing my order I told them no pineapples and double strawberry, they redo my order but ever since I just order something basic nothing I know I'm not allergic too.    Read morethe crew that work at this DQ are a great group. fun bunch. always welcoming and willing to make things right. that's a good thing because they will often need to fix your order and they will require ample time to do so. i have been the only person in the dining area and had this happen to me- i placed my order, waited 20 minutes, got the wrong burger, notified them, waited 20 minutes, and then got the right burger. there's six people working back there and they did get it done, but on the time table of epochs, not lunch. i was faded af and time held little meaning for me on that day, but on this particular day I'm sober and in the drive thru, and I was able to write this entire review in the time it took for me to get to the window, not even receive my order. this is a good dairy queen if you want a jolly local pub atmosphere and it's doing great things for everyone involved. just don't be under any time...
