If I could give this 0 stars I would. Management needs to really work on restaffing based on these reviews. I asked for my sons cake one way and I get there and mess up #1 is:it's not even ready, they wanted until I got there to work on outside decorations #2 the cake looked nothing like the picture I requested it #3 he tells me the cake cannot have anything written because it's too small. Why in the world would a place advertise something written on cakes if it doesn't fit?! When I said this cake looks nothing like the picture, the guy says "it's just a picture" and I respond with "well if it's just a picture why would you promote something if you have no plans of copying exactly like it looks in your photo and do you see the time it is right now?" I asked for my cake to be ready at 6pm, not 10 til 7. I spent 25 mins waiting for my cake and not receiving what I requested. It's evident that they began to work on the exterior of the cake until I showed up. Never ever again will I go here again. I highly advise anyone to go elsewhere because they clearly have no experience in customer service nor do they want to improve. Your employees are a reflection of your management. I have been wanting ice cream with toppings so I took my family out to marble slab. I usually go somewhere else but went to this one because it’s closer to home. The guy with glasses took care of my daughters he was nice and gave a decent amount of scoops for ice cream and toppings. The girl with 2 toned color hair; took care of me. It didn’t look like she wanted to be there (she had a face when she took my order). I asked for 2 scoops and barely got any ice cream. I asked her if she could put more on it. (it looked like 1 scoop altogether). She said she would charge me for an extra scoop and I asked why if she barely put any ice cream. She rolled her eyes and put another small scoop(basically a scrap of scoop just to say she put some more) . When she asked for my toppings she half scooped them just because I said something about the ice cream. I didn’t say anything but won’t be returning there anymore. My cone didn’t look like my family’s and for the price I think it’s ridiculous they can’t at least give you what you pay for. The milkshake we got was also watery. Very...

Terrible terrible customer service. There was one person working both ice cream and cookie lines. I walk in with my sister and after a crowd forms. Most of the crowd wanted ice cream and there was one other person in front of us that wanted cookies as well after that I was expecting the employee to come help us but no he went to help literally all 3 people in the ice cream line and FINALLY THE SECOND EMPLOYEE COMES OUT OF NOWHERE AND HELPS US. even then she was rushing did not ask if it was our first time didn’t give a run down of deals and discounts or anything. All she said was “hi” and “anything else....anything else....anything else” it wasn’t enthusiastic at all. This has been my third visit at this location and each time has been an unpleasant experience. Employees have attitudes when I ask questions, or make a slight change. One Latina heavy set girl literally rolled her eyes when I said I didn’t want nuts anymore. You need new employment at this location ASAP because I’ll never be visiting this...
