McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

To begin with we eat here once in a while. I ordered my food I asked for a ice cream cone that was never placed on my ticket. When get to the first window I was not greated he just puts his hand out for payment he sees that am paying tap so just shoves the machine out to pay still says nothing get to the second window nothing is said hands me my drink & food check my burgers because I always ask no onion and the times I go the always put them on sure enough they were on the burger give it back she opens it and says it does not have am like yes it does she finally hands me another burger. When I leave I realize they never gave or charge me for the ice cream cone so I go back around in the long lines because my son really wanted it. I ordered it get to the window never got my order repeated he proceeded to charge me i asked is it ice cream cone & smoothie he just does a face of frustration with a attitude still says nothing calls team lead over still nobody explained wats going just asking me to put my card again I said what did yal charge me let me have the receipt the whole time team lead standing there he's then hands me the receipt in rudely manner I told he didn't have to get a attitude with me over something he messed up he said I ask you still the team leader standing there letting him talk with his attitude instead of telling him step back so he starts running his mouth in Spanish so I start going off a well because he will not talk to me a women that way I let them know if they would have but my ice cream cone on my first order this would not be happening finally Karla the manager comes around the tells him to back up go over the back and be quiet he still comes back running his mouth in the back Karla proceeds to tell him to stand down he don't care I told him if he wanted to keep running his mouth to come outside. I finally get charged by team lead I asked what his name Karla & team lead said orlando I let them know i was reporting this no apology was given or anything he already look like he was having a day but could've easily explained his mistake & I would have gone about my business orlando and if thas not his name because these receipts don't have who hel he is a order short Hispanic man with classes If I could give the a...

By far the WORST McDonald’s in the area. I pulled up to pick up my curbside order, unfortunately I couldn’t check in because the app said curbside was closed, so I changed my order to pick up through drive thru. I provided my order number and the gentleman talking through the speaker said my name to confirm my order and proceeded to tell me to pull up to first window, I did as I was asked to do. Then at the first window the gentleman didn’t give me a receipt and at the second window the gentleman was clueless as to what my order was. I handed him my phone so he could see the order and I heard someone tell him that “someone” had moved the order to some other screen and they couldn’t see the full order. They tell me to pull up to the front (1st waiting spot) and I did just that with no problem, I was waiting for 10 mins, keep in mind, I had already paid for my order. I go back around to the speaker to check what was going on and the gentleman was telling me they told me to go inside the store, which is not what they asked of me to do. I then pulled up again to the first window and the “manager” came off aggressive from the get go (full defensive mode) even though I was as patient as possible. He then proceeded to tell me that they did not have my order even though, my name had been confirmed (how else would they know my name?) and then that I had changed the address to my order. Why would I have changed the address? I don’t even think you can change the address once order is placed. Now I have to call my bank to get a refund because I left empty handed, no professionalism at this...

Placed the order online for drive through after 12:30 am ...came to the order speaker stop, no one responded to my hello so drove up to the receipt window,no one was there but since the Ford truck in front of me got their order from the next window, I too followed and pulled up to the window as the truck in front of me drove away with their order ....there was a guy with Apple earpods who didn't look my way at the window instead just went back. I started recording, no one is seen in the window for next 2-3 minutes and there is line of other cars behind me. I honked couple of times and still no one showed up. I stopped recording and then a fellow come there, I ask if they are closed to which he says no ...the line behind me is quite long by this time, ...I simply chose to drive away ...he wanted to know my order number since there was more than one...so that means McDonald's accepted more than one online orders like mine (took my money) when the people had already clocked out...
