Customer service deteriorated so much they need new managers and workers asap. The morning shift is highly unorganized the microphones were not working or functional which created a back up. The manager a older lady says rudely pull up to the window meanwhile another woman who should be wearing a hair net opens the window eyes rolling asking rudely what do I want? It's 5 a.m ;surely not to encounter a a middle aged fast food worker who is clearly unhappy with her employment choices. I wanted food and a coffee. Instead I got to engage with 2 of the most unprofessional , besheveled & unorganized customer service representatives that McDonald's has to offer. So as I am waiting I am approached by a homeless woman who is shouting her order with me as if I am paying or we are together which was absolutely rude. There was another manager who was there that didn't even make time to see about my legitimate complaint. I tried to wait but I wasn't going to argue with a worker I wanted to speak to management. The woman who was mid life was too old to be that uneducated about bad customer service. She continued with being argumentative & still unorganized. The main issue was with why was the microphone not working, why did we have to pull to the last window to take our orders & if they are not open at 5 a.m state that. I waited in line patiently until the very end inwhich I asked to speak to a manager. Then instead of the workers going & getting him they stood at the window arguing with me. Iâš clearly see why they have fast food jobs at their age. It's showed their inability to maintain professionalism in the face of an unsatisfied customer. They began to be absolutely disruptive to the work environment & business establishment. I would never employ anyone who can not control their anger or mouth. There is a time and place for everything but the workplace is not as such. Over the years the area has deteriorated & isn't safe to stop even in the drive thru. These workers need to be better trained at this specific location and morning shift. This isn't acceptable behavior or representation of McDonald's multi billion dollar business. I did try to call the location but the phone number was not working . The entire situation is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory by all means. There was a line that accumulated and one person at the window in front of me. The worker opens the window and tells me pull up but clearly I could not. Then there was vehicles behind me that didn't even place orders yet. The entire situation could have been fixed if someone turned the microphone on. The woman who came outside to tell us move up wasn't doing anything except walking around and talking unprofessional...
   Read moreOrdered thru the mobile app today to pick up curbside, arrived, parked in curbside, paid for my order, waited 10 minutes no one came out. Went to get in line at the very long drive thru line, waited another 10 minutes, got to the first window, explained the situation to the cashier and asked for the manager, manager refused to come to the window. Cashier told me that no one was working curbside and that I could pick up my food (which I'm guessing was now pretty cold) at the next window. I get to the next window, the employee there had no idea what my order was so again I asked for the manager, at this point I'm really irritated. Manager by the name of Lawanda I believe comes to the window with an attitude to tell me that the reason no one came out to curbside was because no one was working curbside so I of course I respond with an equally nasty attitude and tell her that it would have been nice for someone to advise me of that so I wouldn't have sat there waiting. Manager then proceeded to yell at me and say I needed to not talk to her that way but yet she was the one that approached me with attitude, no apology, no customer service skills, nothing. We pretty much got into a yelling match where she started cursing me out so I responded back the same way. She refused to give me the items I had already purchased and I refused to leave the drive thru until I was given my items. I have done customer service since I was 16 years old as a matter of fact my first job was at a McDonald's and I would never ever approach a customer the way she did. Had she approached me with a calm demeanor I would have never responded the way I did. Respect is earned not given!!!    Read moreI knew I made a mistake as soon I as I pulled up to this McDonaldâs. I ordered a large ice coffee and two burritos, lady at the window collecting the money was nice, but as soon as I pulled up the the take out window, I knew something was going to be wrong with my order. Guy opened the window and was on the phone talking to what it seemed to be his girlfriend, he hung up, closed the window, turned around and opened the window again to ask me what I had ordered. After I told him, he closed the window again and walked away. He comes back 3 minutes later with a medium ice coffee. He literally almost just threw it at me and closed the window. He comes back with my burritos and I proceeded to tell him he had given me a medium coffee, he looks at the cup and then me, he says, âthatâs a large if you even knew.â At the point I got serious and told him, âNo this is a medium!â He takes back and shows his manager. He opens the window again and says, âMy manager says thatâs a large, so thatâs that!â I took it back and said, âok thatâs fine. â
Not like something like this matters much to me, itâs just a tad smaller and I lost a couple of cents. But itâs the credibility of your work thatâs shows and what is going to bring customers back. Simple actions like this makes me cross restaurants like this off my to go list. Iâve always been a huge customer of McDonaldâs, yes I know sometimes there will be mistakes, but someone as unprofessional and rude as this does not deserve to be attending customers, because in all honesty it gives the whole McDonaldâs chain a bad rep.
Mangers at this location should get retraining, they seem to just not care according to all these...
