McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

I have been a loyal customer of McDonald's since the day I was born this is my first time to go to this location I do admit that the drive-thru is very slow I guess they got robbed before because they have gated fences block on their Windows through the drive-thru but the cashier is friendly but does not hear too well because I have to repeat my orders but at least she recommended me a drink which is a blue slushy type of drink from Hawaiian Punch products which is turn out deliciously nice and tasty flavor and brain freeze cold which is wonderful at nights that is very humid and hot and sticky weather this drink is guaranteed to cool you down :-)! I believe it is blueberry flavor I also asked her if this drink would turn my teeth and tongue blue and she start laughing :-)! I don't know how you all feel but I just don't like to have my teeth turn blue or my tongue to also turned blue:-(! I just love the dollar menu which helps you financially and it is a great deal which will make me come back and be a loyal customer more often because I had to order for three teenage boys 3 spicy chicken sandwich and three double meat sandwich with cheese and large fries and drinks after ordering all that to me it was super cheap especially when you are on the budget to support your son or daughters to go to college so they can have the education for a professional job and especially if you're a single parent and no one to help you :-)! This place is owned by Spanish man so it's not franchise he owns several McDonald's in other locations I'm so glad that the prices is very reasonable and cheap also :-)! From the outside this McDonald's looks very nice and clean the parking lot is very clean:-)! I did see some shady characters walking by so always please watch your surrounding:-(! Talking about delicious fresh hot french fries which this place would serve us fresh delicious like coming out of the fryer french fries McDonald's have the world's best french fries I love to order all the time because at other restaurants I normally don't like their French fries except at Fuddruckers I do love theirs french fries because of the thickness and freshness but besides the point and as long as McDonald's restaurant with serve their French fries fresh hot out of fryer it will always be the world's french fries and not to be served cold because it tastes nasty and not too good and tasteless when served as too cold:-( :-)! Next time if any of you stop by this McDonald's restaurants I hope that you will all enjoy it as I did and saved a lot...

I do not recommend to ever order anything on the app before you get there. Place items in a cart, go to a speaker and ask them if they have these items first. I do not care if it slows down their business at this point, and I will tell you why. This is what I started doing, because they are quick to charge but when the items I bought are unavailable they DO NOT GIVE YOU a REFUND. Instead, you have to call customer service or email them. They will ask you all kinds of questions and they need a proof of purchase and screenshots (like they can't see it themselves in the system). After multiple emails back and forth they finally give you your few dollar refund. I realize that people just won't want to do it (too much work for a few dollars), so McDonald's is just pocketing those extra dollars. I would definitely call it a scam. There is no reason why you can't give me a refund right away. I shouldn't have to email or call you. I hope you will be taken to court some day for this, since it's a tricky business and a scam. Oh, and after a refund their manager said that she emailed me some gift cards. It's been a month now and the cards never arrived. Liars...

I ordered through the mobile app for pickup this morning, and I paid through the app with Apple Pay. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, we gave my order number and proceeded through the line. When we got to the window to receive our food, the employees and/or management told us that we had not paid for our food, and essentially made a fuss about it for nothing. After repeating my order number, my name, and my order, they still told me I had not paid. So, to avoid any further issues I gave them my CREDIT card, which is not the same card I used when I paid through the mobile app. The woman at the window took my card, disappeared, and a moment later I received my food. I do in fact have a charge with my bank for the food I ordered, but have not received a charge on my credit card. Soooooo, why did they take my credit card if they weren’t going to charge it? And besides that, can’t they see on their own receipts/system that I had already paid for my order? All in all, I am upset with the way they handled the situation, and the way they acted as if I had done something wrong. I will never order from this...
