Went through drive-thru and waited to place my order, only to realize there was some lady who was supposed to be out there taking orders, I guess to speed up service. But I noticed that the cars in front of me had their orders taken. And the ones that came after me did as well, which left me holding up the line as I was now parked in front of the speaker box. But that was just the beginning. After finally placing my order, I drove around to pay and order was completely wrong as the woman at the window couldn't even read what was "on the screen". My order was the mc rib meal, double quarter pounder sandwich only, and hot & spicy only. 15 something only. But when I got to the window 14 something only, and I knew the hot & spicy wasn't on there which confirmed what I thought, my order was never taken to begin with. But it gets worse. So I pay thinking all is now fine, and I pull to next window. Handed my drink and told to pull up to where all these other cars are parked. I told homegirl there was no room and she says "I don't even know". Okay? After waiting for at least 10 minutes and every car behind me receive their orders, I throw my car in reverse and go back to the window. I tell her I'm still waiting on my order, show her my receipt, and she says hold on. She give me the first bag with only fries and double quarterpounder. I said there was supposed to be a mc rib. Read moreDear Jose, I’m normally a very calm reasonable and humble person, but my experience at this location, specifically from one employee cough cough JOSE, really made me lose my chill. I decided to treat myself and help out a business that is in the brink of bankruptcy due to its questionable political choices. My friends and I ordered in, and we were right away displeased by the environment in which we were forced to eat endure. I couldn’t even count the amount of flies that were swarming around the vicinity. The real kicker of it all is that I made the mistake of leaving my wallet in the seating area. I thought to myself, surely, a kind employee will be able to help me out, and help prevent identity theft and credit card fraud. However, when I called MULTIPLE times to see if an employee could help me in regaining my wallet, I was confronted by a rude man who goes by the name of Jose. It is often said that people with Biblical names are usually not deserving of those names, and this scum bag really proves that statement. When I revisited the establishment, I was shocked to see that the rudeness and unprofessionalism carried on in person as well. My wallet was on the table, in eyes reach from the counter. Read moreI placed an order via their mobile app and I never received it. When I went in to pick up my order it wasn’t there. I give them the order number and walk out when I tried to walk back in to check for my order they’d lock the door. I stood outside for a few minutes and watched as they refused to open the door for more customers that preferred walk-in instead of drive thru service. I tried calling their number but I only got the busy signal. They have no check point system for their own online orders only for systems such as doordash etc. Anyone could walk in and grab anything off the online order shelf. In which this is what happened to me. They lack accountability. The manager refused to replace or refund my order and threatened to call the police on me. When I asked to be shown how to request a refund via the mobile app she refused to help. It’s Sunday so their 800 number is closed. This manager needs training. The crew members need training.
