McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Disappointed, I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and when I got my order and opened I one side of my sandwich bread was harder that usual, but I notice the hole piece was like that so I told Nuvia (cashier) about the problem with my order, she wasn’t happy about it because she made a comen on the back to another costumer about me not being able to eat it like that like if I was an older person with barely teeth on my mouth, so I don’t think this is professional from her, so this is why I didn’t like the service on this location and it’s sad that I used to come to this location before, come on guys we are not required to eat our food however they give it to you there should be a quality control so they can make sure the order is complete and cooked accordingly and if there is a problem they don’t have to get mad about it when you bring it to their attention nor make any comments to other costumers, instead they should be apologizing and fix it without having an attitude but well this is my experience today so hope this helps other costumers, and don’t forget to check your order before leaving the counter...

Go to the McDonald's on Beechnut for breakfast the women on the breakfasts crew at this location are pure trash. I've Been living in the Meyerland area close to 20 years I've been to almost every restaurant in the Houstton area and loads of restaurants across the U.S. From Houston,to California to NY to Hawaii. Ive never had to lose my cool at any restaurant in the past 20 years like I've had to multiple times at this location dealing with the breasfast crew. You're over 25 years old with 3 kids no degree working at McDonald's jokes already on you. On top of that you have the audacity to be disrespectful to random customers and proceed to mess up the customer order who's hiring these people. Both times I've visited this location I've lost my cool with the staff and had to come back because items were missing from my order. Ms. De'lon the manager short haired man looking hispanic women with glasses is the ring leader of all the disrespectful ignorant behavior. She has no control of the crew which explains why the customer service is so bad at this location in...

We come to this McDonald's every Sunday morning. Usually there aren't any issues. We drive a little to get to this one, because the one on the other end of Post Oak is terrible!!

However, this one is going down hill. Last week was when we really noticed it. We ordered a small coke. We got to the window and received all of our drinks except the small coke. We mentioned it, she said we didn't order a coke. Um... Yes we did. So we showed the receipt. Then she says, "the coke machine isn't working." Ok. So what are my options for this coke we paid for. Ended up having to take a sweet tea. Then we ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. We received a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We ordered two chicken biscuits and received only one. We ordered a cup of honey mustard. Didn't receive it.

This morning, we ordered two chocolate milks. They didn't have chocolate milk. We had to ask for our straws and there weren't any napkins in the bag.
