They refused to give me my order. Said they did not charge me and I showed proof on the receipt and on my card. Anna the manager did not look at what I showed her but said wait for the money to come back if it does at all. Then I could come back tomorrow to discuss it. 1st issue, the employee discredited my evidence and said its impossible what happened. 2nd the manager did not validate her claims on my end but instead showed her a receipt that says I was always charged .22 cents when I I shouldve been charged nothing if I did not receive my order. Why is that McDonalds employees make the customer feel unimportant for mistakes on their end. I cant wait to blast this disgusting location on several online forums and to tell people not to go here. Less than 2.50 and they said I should drive back tomorrow.. the gas I would use is more than that for where I live. Gross incompetence and lack of manager training is not a surprise to see for McDonalds per usual. Im submitting multiple complaints because I needed this order but I did not believe her when she said I need to pay on site because I know for a fact what just went though on my card and on the email they verified. I hope stealing 2.48 from a customer is worth whats coming to McDonalds in terms of complaints. Screw all those people because Im disgusted by their actions. Im a former general manager for many restaurants and I have years of experience in management. I know the best way to treat customers and that was not it. Read morecustomer Service is trash. I wanted to add a medium coffee at the 2nd windows because I forgot to add it to my order originall. Irma who was giving out the food on 01/07/2024 between 10:30am and 10:45am told me she couldn’t add it that I would have to come inside because she has a line. I asked why she couldn’t add it and her response was she didn’t have a register. I expressed to her that I couldn’t go inside because I had small children in the car and she just looked at me. I asked to speak with a manager and she brought over Rosa who told me there wasn’t anything she can do for me! That is and absolutely horrible response to give to a customer. I asked for their names and Rosa gave me hers but Idk if that’s really her name and when I asked for the woman’s name who was handing out the food she looked at her hesitating and the woman told her in Spanish “give her my name” and that’s when she told me her name was Irma. Again idk if that is their name or not but they were there between 10:30-10:50 which is how long the whole ordeal happened. Irma was at the 2nd window giving out the food and preparing drinks and Rosa was behind her put the food in the bags as the food came out. Neither one had a badge on that identified their name and role. Very distasteful. At the end I asked how much was a small coffee and I had to pay in change. which was weird because why didn’t they give me that option to begin with? the whole thing was silly and distasteful, the customer service McDonald’s should be giving to customers was absolutely not there. Read moreI had the worst experience of my life here on this site last night at eleven pm, specifically for self-service. At the first window to ask for my order, I greeted the person who was in charge, I greet her and she tells me to wait a moment, spend approximately 10 minutes and since she did not speak I say "hello" and she answers me in a very GROSS way. Ma'am, I already told you I'm busy, wait. When I get out, I'll let you know. " Then the car that is in front of me advances and of course I have to move forward to me but I did not know whether to do it. Then I speak to him again by the speaker to the person and he does not answer me ... there was a big queue of cars behind me. until this person speaks to me and says "go ahead" I thought I wanted him to move with my car to the next window and move forward. But No. that second window was out of service and I had to wait for the third one, which is where your order is delivered to you. When I get there I tell her that I could not make my request by mistake, and she responds to me in the most rude and humiliating way possible "I know, you could not wait for me, I do not want to take your order, come back to form" I said I had not understood that I thought I had to advance that I apologized and this same woman was incredibly rude to me, I shot in the face the window and closed it with force and told me she would not attend to me. I tried to stay in my car waiting to talk to him and he never left, nobody came out to help me. And all the cars behind me were many, I had to leave. but I'm sure I'll never go back to that place....
