I’m saddened to be writing this comment. Commuting from home over the past few years I have found myself always relying on this Mcdonald’s restaurant to service my needs before arriving to work. If I visit in the morning (around 8am) the service is exemplary, however when I travel to work early and visit (approx 12:30am-2:00am) the night/ early morning shift has been providing poor service.
If I had to provide a timeline I would guesstimate it to be at least for the last three months. One of my fav early morning/late night meals is the Filet o Fish. I had been receiving this order for quite a while and within the last two months the employee says “It’s no longer part of the late night menu”. What puzzles me about this statement is the location just within 10 mins travel time (Fulton and Boundary) sells the Filet O Fish Meal during the same timeframe listed.
Secondly I drink the Caramel Mocha Hot Coffee, but if you come at the times listed, the machine is always down for cleaning purposes.
Being that I was pressed for time and could not spare going to the other location (to have my order fill as requested) I ordered the Chicken Nuggets (10 piece). I asked for Fresh Nuggets and Fresh French Fries. I asked for Honey Mustard Sauce, however the young man at the window advised “They were out”. After driving off and beginning to eat my food I noticed Fresh Nuggets and Stale/Old French Fries.

Read moreThe male staff by the window accepting payment for orders was very rude. I stayed in that window and no one opens the window to take my card/payment and the staff inside has it's back facing us and was talking for awhile to someone. After waiting I thought maybe I'll have to pay in the second window since this no one is assisting us in the first one. How would I know right? If you have long line you should pay attention to who is in your window. so I moved pass the first window but not too far yet, since the line was so long. The staff finally open the window and didn't even apologize that they were not even in the window attending to the customer, got upset and told me "you I didn't pay" in a tone like I'm running away. I said I didn't know if I'll pay here bec the window is close and he said they always keep the window close. I handed him my card and instead of apologizing for their mistake, told me I should always stop and pay in that window.. I understand that but to argue with me and told me I should always stop in that window is not nice. It's okay if I moved forward without stopping in the first window waiting for someone to get my payment but none.so This person is very rude, impolite and needs to learn good customer service. Your shop will not benefit if you have people who are like that. Treat your customer nicely no matter what and don't always assumed that someone is running away without paying their food. Read moreI was ordering and it seemed like I wasn’t being listened to, because the dude was asking me a question, I responded “Excuse me?” and he simply moved on like he didn’t ask me anything At that point I knew my order was going to be messed up. I’ve worked at fast food, so I am usually very emphatic when it comes to other fast food workers. Once I reached the window, I noticed on my receipt they did not charge me for one of the items. I let them know that the guy didn’t get my whole order and asked if I could get it and I would happily pay. 2 minutes pass and the women at the window stares at me for a few seconds before telling to look at the bottom of my bag I inform her that I have not received any bag, and she laughs nervously and goes to get it
I’m still calm at this point, until we check the bag and I confuse my McRib for nuggets and inform them. They tell me to check again, so I do and I then notice that it’s actually the McRib and I still haven’t gotten the Nuggets.
Another women in the back is rolling her eyes and this is where I no longer have my empathy.
This was a terrible experience and know that they can do better because they’ve done it before. This was disappointing and just time consuming...
