I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had at your Subway store location today at approximately 8:20.
When I arrived at the store I found the door locked. I was confused since the store hours posted on the door clearly stated that the store closes at 9:00 PM. Through the locked door, I could see an employee inside, and I attempted to get their attention. The employee came to the door and informed me that the store was closed. When I pointed out that the posted hours indicated that the store should be open until 9:00 PM, the employee responded, “9:00 PM is when I leave, not when the store closes,” and pointed to the ingredient line, showing that everything had already been put away.
I find this situation to be unacceptable for several reasons:
Misleading Store Hours: The posted hours clearly state that the store closes at 9:00 PM. Customers rely on these hours to plan their visits, and closing early without any prior notice is both misleading and inconvenient. Unprofessional Behavior: The employee’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to serve a customer during posted business hours reflect poorly on Subway’s commitment to customer service. Inconvenience: As a regular customer, I was inconvenienced by this experience. I specifically went to this location expecting to receive service during the advertised hours.
I urge you to address this matter with the staff at this location to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Customers should be able to trust that the hours posted are accurate and that they will receive courteous service during those hours.

My wife went in to purchase 2 footling sandwiches, she had a coupon for 2 footlong subs for $12.99, which she told them she was gonna use.After the sanwiches were made and when it came time to pay, they told her that their "coupon machine" wasn't working. I never even heard of a coupon machine. She went ahead and paid with her card and left. I was in the car waiting for her, as I am disabled. When we left she told me that it was way more expensive without the coupon, as I checked the receipt, I saw that it went from a $12.99 to $23.74!!! I asked why didn't she just leave the sandwiches, she said she didn't like their attitude and didn't want to argue, so she just paid and left. As I checked the receipt I noticed they charged her for dine-in and added themselves a tip. I will NEVER go to this location ever again. Every other location that I've ever been to has been a great experience, except for this one.If you come to this location, make sure to check your receipt and don't be ashamed to walk out if service or attitude are not up to par. Read more$12 for a six inch sub and drink. Took one bite and was disappointed. Tasted stale. Stared at my bare sandwich with now barely anything on it because they’re sizing down, I could not agree to spending so much money on a sub no bigger than any hand. Walked back inside for a possible refund since I didn’t eat my lunch. Manager was nice to me but said in six years no one “took a bite and wanted a refund for a sub the wanted”. I didn’t want this sub but didn’t say anything since she was already sarcastic and defensively put the blame on me although it was obviously the food and price.
Can’t blame her; although she could try to realize she works at subway and stop defending these terrible policies at this subway. It’s not a hill I want to die on and working at other fast food places myself, I know most common people would agree too. Seen this place constantly change their menus since they’re failing out of business.
