McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

This one star is for the polite staff. Actually, not really sure if it's politeness or the shame of knowing what kinda !@#$ management has them passing through the window. I hate stopping at this location but sometimes I just don't feel like driving the 5 miles further and past where I live to go to the one I'd give 4 stars. I think to myself it has to be ok food this time. But the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result. Especially the breakfast. Them mexican woman barely speak english and the food is MOST DEFINITELY reheated left overs. I stopped there this morning. All the while in line, waiting on the special order idiots that should be forced to go inside (hello!!! it's fast food and you're refined pallets slow things down GO INSIDE!!!!!!) I couldn't help thinking to myself why are you here? How many times do you have to come here before you realizes that management doesn't give a crap. And why should they change when idiots like me keep going back.

This morning I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit meal and 1 sausage burrito. Dumbass me!!! I didn't check the food while at the window. How many times!?!? How many chances?!?!?!? The burrito was like a railroad spike and the biscuit was the sledge to pound it in. The hashbrown was oily, cold, limp and fell apart as I was pulling it out of the bag.

This store was good 5 years ago or so. Evidently they changed management and these people don't give a crap...it shows. They obviously employ the austerity method of management with selling re-heated day old crap, the customer always has to ask for napkins, ketchup and the ice cream machine is never working on the times I've gotten stupid again and pulled in for food and wanted a Fluckmurry.

The management is horrible and should be ashamed of themselves. But they have no shame, that's the problem.

p.s. I'm the FRICKEN customer!!!! I pay your wages!!!!! YOU ask me if I want ketchup!!!!!!!! ATTN: management if your ability to manage is so poor that one of you tactics is to only give napkins and ketchep when asked for than maybe you should go back to school. Your service is pathetic. Have some dignity and change and do it right!

OH!!! and...

Ordered for delivery via McDonald’s app. 1st time ordering, we received someone else’s order. After no answer at restaurant and then finally getting thru to be told we could get our food, bc it’s sitting there we asked them to remake it since it had been an hour. They promised they’d remake it. We sent our son to pick it up. The damn food was cold af. We called corporate customer service and they issued a refund. Two weeks later we gave them a 2nd chance. This time they delivered our order, but left out one of the burgers. We didn’t bother calling the restaurant. Called corporate customer service. We were told to contact Door Dash bc that’s who they use to deliver food. We replied, “not my problem, used the McDonald’s app and our business is with you. Door Dash is your business partner, not mine.” After this back and forth 3 times!!!! They hung up. I wasn’t rude at all, just firm about my position. They basically said it’s not their problem. I will NEVER order or eat at this Whataburger...

I know it’s fast food, but I have never once had an experience as bad as the one I most recently had. I ordered online as one does, and when I arrived there I had to do a long 20-30 minute wait at the curbside pick up, mind you there was only one other car next to me. Once I received the food, I specifically asked for no ice on my drink, not only did the guy not top it off, he also put ice in it. When I asked him for no ice he looked at me, sighed and said “really dude, do you have to not have ice in it”, well obviously I asked for no ice in my drink, so I said yes really, and he left, taking another 10 minutes for a drink. Honestly the lack of professionalism is baffling, so next time you’re here make sure to not be “too demanding” with your orders or the employee will look at you and be rude. For pointers, he is a short African-American male, at the time he had twists, but that may be different depending if he’s decided to...
