I usually go to the one at I10 and Wilcrest almost every day after work. Yesterday I used the app and ordered my usual, a cheeseburger with no onions. I had waited like 4 mins for it in the drive thru. After I left, I looked at my cheeseburger and there were onions on it. And that wasn't the 1st time they messed up my cheeseburger. So, I called and asked for a manager. I spoke to Kathy who claims she's a GM, and she didn't speak English that well and I asked if I could speak to someone else, and she said that the manager speaks only Spanish and there's nobody there that speaks English. I knew she was lying. There were 3 employees working the drive thru that spoke English, and again I go there almost everyday, so I've seen and talked to the ones who speak English. Idk who Kathy thinks she is, but I'm a regular customer and I shouldn't have been treated that way, and she sure as hell doesn't deserve to be a GM. I made a complaint to corporate as well and I'm waiting for someone to call me. I hope someone does because they need to take this matter seriously and they owe me a cheeseburger...
Read moreSome workers here need to be responsible and not rely on others to stay and complete an order when they can do it themselves. Please don't dismiss a customer by telling them they can ask someone else for the order when you are fully capable of taking that order yourself.
Aside from that, the orders today this morning were good and fast.
EXCEPT for some people not being on task and talking about life and gossip rather than watching to see who's at the register. By that, customers approaching the register and being noticed by someone but no one comes to that customer or whoever notices someone is at the register but they don't come or don't tell someone else to check on the customer.
Either way, break that habit of gossiping so much during work time and not watching who's at the register Sure some customers will call out for you but some will be.. anxious to call out.

Read moreThe short female manager with glasses went out of her way to be rude & make the experience at this location unpleasant. A staff member tried to help me with a mishap on the kiosk & the manager stepped in being rude and denied me help because it seemed like she was having a bad day. Multiple people watched her throwing food around & into the bags of the customers aggressively. She also denied helping multiple people with other kiosk problems as well while I was there & just kept yelling “figure it out & do it on the kiosk” and when my order came out incorrect she told me “to go order another one to get it right”. I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews but this type of unprofessionalism at a work place is unacceptable as a “manager”. I understand people have “bad days” but don’t bring that type of attitude to the work place & most definitely don’t direct it at the customers. I love McDonald’s but knowing that she is running/working at this location makes it highly unlikely for me to return & to start looking for other alternative places to eat...
