If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The people here are so rude. For one the lady couldn’t even speak proper English. I ordered on the app and my spouse went to pick up the food. Upon arrival was told that they were closed. Yet there was a line of people and more people pulling up. Naturally I called to see what was going on. I had to call a couple of times before anyone would answer. Finally someone came on the line and mumbled something to me, I replied with “oh great, y’all are open” and was hung up on. I called my spouse and told them to try again because they answered the phone (and didn’t say they were closed) but when at the speaker, again they were told that they are closed. So I called back. Again the same lady answered, rudely I might add. I explained the situation and she told me all they were taking was doordash orders. I explained to her that we ordered over 30 minutes ago on the app and my spouse has been sitting out there trying to pick up the food we’ve ordered and paid for. At first she was willing to help, quickly she changed her mind and said that the system was down and would be back up at 4:10a, 4:15a, 4:20a, she didn’t know but until then there was nothing she could do. I could cancel my order if I wanted to. (Note, I already had to wait until 3:15a for Mc Donald’s system to switch over from lunch/dinner menu to the breakfast menu) Seeing how my order was placed and paid for on the app (so would show up in the system when it came back up) I suggested we could show her the order so they could make it, but refused. She just kept telling me there was nothing she could do because the system was down and she didn’t know when it would be back. Read moreI've been coming to this location for over half a year now. This mcdonald's seems like it is NEVER prepared for promotional items and limited time food events. Time and time again, when there is a limited menu item or online promotion, they are never prepared for it, and they cannot EVER service you properly. When they promoted the spicy nuggets, they never had the spicy nuggets. When they promoted the grimace shake, they were always out of the grimace shake. Sometimes, they can barely get normal menu items correct for your orders too. You ordered a large Dr. Pepper? Oops here's a diet coke. You asked for your mcchicken for no lettuce? Sorry, they can't make it without the lettuce apparently. You wanted a 20 piece nugget combo with fries? Sorry, you'll have to pull up and wait 25 extra minutes for your 1 combo order. Even when or if you try and use the mobile app, their system is always having issues and it can't read your codes or discounts properly. The free french fries promotion for national french fry day was completely shut down at this location, because "any other code works right now, just not THAT ONE." How does that make sense? EVERY OTHER CODE could work?? Except for ONE SINGLE PROMO CODE? They wouldn't even try to bypass the system or try to honor the promotion. They just shrugged their shoulders saying there's nothing they could do. It's disappointing, the effort is lackluster, and it is just inconveniencing for something that is supposed to be as fast and simple as a McDonald's. I WOULD NOT recommend this mcdonald's to others. She’ll say she can’t process your order, and then contradicts herself by saying that she’ll cancel your order on her end to issue a refund. How’s that possible if you’re claiming my order is not on your screen but yet you’re going to cancel it? Tonight I was down to my last dollar trying to feed my autistic son. I ordered a happy meal for him, and a mango smoothie for my daughter. My husband placed an order on his app for a fountain drink. Funny how only his order popped up only, but not what I ordered on my app. The nice older man was trying to give my husband his drink and she snatched it out of the mans hand and said we couldn’t have it. That it’s not paid for. Like maam what?!! The kind lady at the first window handed us the receipt for the drink! How are you not going to give us the drink that shows has been paid for in black and white?!! This lady has issues, but today was messed up, stole from me again even though knowing that the happy meal was for my autistic child, bought w my last dollars. She saw my phone, she saw the receipt, she saw the time stamp and refused. At this point I feel like she just doesn’t like me, like it’s personal but I don’t know this lady from Adam and Eve.
