My husband and I had our lunch/dinner at the location 2403 Bay Area Blvd. To be fair, the food and the restaurant was great. My problem was the cashier who took our order had a very dry attitude. It was more like I was bothering her more than her greeting my husband and I. I don't know if she had a problem with my husband or not. I sat there and watched her interact with the other customers, and i saw the same treatment. Maybe the people in her area of the restaurant know what to expected when they enter the business, and they r use to the horrible treatment. I'm new to the area,, and I'm not use to being treated that way. And the sad part about this complaint, she is the Mgr. On shift at the restaurant. That's unbelievable to me u have a head lead of your establishment treating customers as such. My husband is a US Navy Veteran, also he served in the US Army. My husband is respectful to everyone. I've spoken to the owner about the situation at hand. Hopefully something will be addressed about our visit. I would hate to not go back to the restaurant due to a Mgr. treating a customer some type of way. Just...

This place reminds me of the old days when making a good tasting burger. It has great customer service great food and vast menu to choose from. It has character and we have been customers the last 20 yrs. I give it a 10 Well here it is 6- 23 We ordered a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and uh! It's been a bit since we ate here. I will get to the point. My burger was ok! Not great! Hmmmm not fabulous but okay. My wife's chicken sandwich was dry!! And not great. Maybe it's my taste buds or maybe it's not what it used to be. We split an order of onion rings and very hard nor juicy at all. I'm not sure if they have different people cooking or what but I have to call it as I see it. The ride to bay area from home was streets terrible and bumpy. Oh!! and let me close on the final point! Price: 30.00 plus dollars didnt make it any better!! We always discuss our food from each restaurant we visit and so we gave it a 2 on a scale of 10. I will say this on their behalf. Obviously they have their following and loyals like many and so...

A co-worker friend of mine suggested Miller's back in July and I loved it so I brought my husband and son back a little over a month ago. They loved it so when we were trying to figure out a place to take my brother for his 40th birthday, we chose Miller's! My brother loves burgers and he flew in from Oklahoma City to celebrate so we could have chose anywhere, however Miller's has it all. I contacted them through FB and Jessica coordinated with me for the Bay Area location since there were 14 of us planning on being there. She was amazing and sure enough, everything was ready for us when we got there. The food was amazing, the people are friendly and awesome...couldn't have asked for a better time! I love their beyond meat burger, while most of the family enjoys traditional burgers except my husband who loves the chicken fried steak sandwich. He has yet to finish one. The fries taste fresh cut and are perfectly fried. I am looking forward to trying the onion rings! Thank you so...

We ordered three cheese burgers, a specialty burger, two orders of fries, an order of onion rings and an order of fried pickles. We weren't impressed. The specialty burger was great for the intended, but the rest was disappointing. The fries were ok, but the burgers were thin and pretty basic, the onion rings were so crunchy with panko that they were painful to chew, and the fried pickles were absolutely terrible. The fried pickles were overcooked, greasy, and the flavor was burnt and not enough salt. Awful. I hate writing such a negative review, but man we didn't like this place, lol. Sorry :/

Ordered a guacamole burger with French fries. The burgers did not have the juiciest or most flavorful patties, but they were okay. The bun had a fluffy texture with poppy seeds on top which was a nice touch. Most of the vegetables tasted fresh. The guacamole was a bit runny. Didn't feel like fresh avocados. The fries were relatively thick. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Pretty good fries actually. The staff was very friendly. The decor gave a very homie and rustic vibe, which was actually really nice. Not my first choice of burgers, but not bad over all.

Miller's Cafe is a family owned business since the 1980's and also has an award winning burger l (locally). I've personally been coming to this exact location since the mid-2000s and it has yet to disappoint. The food is a little pricey but you'll forget about the ticket once you adventure into your first bite of their tender chicken fingers or one of their juicy burgers. Their fries are perfectly crispy and golden on the outside. While also being soft and fluffy on the inside. The service always comes with a smile :)
