Mimi's Cajun Cafe — Restaurant in Houston

I literally just finished my plate from Mimi’s as I’m typing this. I was hungry, so yes I finished it because I paid $40 for this plate and my man’s plate. But it was not at all worth the $22 this plate alone cost. The plate comes with 3 small-medium pieces of fish that really aren’t that great. I’m a true southern girl and I love good fried fish, this was very mediocre. Also, the “seasoned rice” on the menu is just plain white rice which is a little deceiving. This plate just was not worth a whole $22, I’m so tired of black spots charging an arm and a leg for mediocracy. I love supporting black spots but I won’t be wasting...
