Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Houston

Absolutely the worse! I ordered an pickup order and I was driving super careful on purpose, which took me longer, because I didn't want to damage the cakes. While the another person was holding them, so in 10000% sure they would be in perfect condition if they had properly placed them wrong. Called back and spoke with Jayda, explained the situation in a nicely manner that they are damaged and not properly placed in their pockets with care. She, rudely, placed me on hold while I was in the middle of explaining my experience. She did not say please hold or did not notify me. Then tells me that she'll refund me but I will have to wait until their manager returns from spring break!?! I told her there must be someone else in charge because if this is how bundt cakes runs business without a supervisor or manager on duty, then they are in big trouble. Anyway, she passed me to someone else named Veronica who fortunately listened to me and helped me. I woul have given one star if they didn't resolve my issue but I gave 2 because one person helped me while Jayda had no manners and was rude. The cake was fine. It was the manager that made the experience unpleasant. This lady was EXTREMELY LOUD and unprofessional while having a conversation in the lobby of the store. I love a good party and I'm not audio sensitive but this lady was talking soooo loud that the cashier could not hear my order and I had to ask her to repeat herself as well. She showed no regard to the other people present. It was quite upsetting 😡. I knew she had to be the manager just by the way she was blatantly behaving because no employee would have the nerve without fear of consequence. We ran into the owner of nothing bundt cakes the evening before my sister's wedding and the next morning they surprised us with a box of their seasonal assortments as we were getting ready morning of.
