I wish i can give this place 0 stars. My family and i were on the way back home today 05/26/24 and passed by this panda express around 12pm. My family and i were ordering when unfortunately i did not get the employees name but he was i believe hispanic around the age of maybe 18-19. As he was taking our order, we had no line behind us but he was rushing us and telling us to hurry up and order. After he said this, my brother told him to give us a second, and told him that we are paying for the food not just trying to get food for free. His female co worker then started laughing with him like if they were mocking us. so then we said we didn’t want the food walked away and told ourselves “this is stupid”. The employee then went on to say “your mom” to us. It is terrible how people like these are being hired in these companies considering that my family was just trying to order their food. Don’t work in food if you don’t have the patience and respect. Absolutely disgusting and...

There was one employee on staff. And I am sympathetic to that. However, it was the absolute laziest employee in the Panda Express staff. The person who called in that day was working harder than this young lady.

There was literally food in every station and this girl just casually walked back and forth in the kitchen area, fittling around completely ignoring the customers. The family in front of me asked if he could be served the food already out and she just looked up and muttered some things and continued to ignore the customers.

Literally groups of people continued to walk away. The line was less than 10 people and this lazy oaf couldn’t serve food already out. She preferred to just be rude and force people to leave. The line at Wendy’s was three times as long. Though she was alone, I understand. But this employee gave no F’s and did little more than...

I never post reviews, but this situation warrants it. I went over to the Panda Express in IAH Terminal E and came across a man trying to order and very clearly pointing at the two things he wanted. The employees were entirely unhelpful, even saying “I dont speak Spanish” and then completely turning their backs on him. I don’t know Spanish either, but it was very easy to figure out what the man wanted so I ordered for him (after waiting for the employees to acknowledge us again).

This is an international airport in Texas with many connections coming from Latin America. I don’t think everyone has to be fully bilingual, but employees should be prepared to at least work with people to get them what they need (which again, he was very communicative about what he wanted to order). It is extremely disrespectful and honestly xenophobic to dismiss and ignore...

Mediocre experience. Late evening. Long lines. They were out of more things than they had available. Food definitely wasn’t fresh. I get that it’s the end of the day and they try to predict what will be needed to fill orders that may come, but come one you have to have fresh food and you have to have more items available than not. The employees don’t seem to be very patient with all the questions about what menu items are available or will be available. Again, this could be remedied by having most items available. The almond chicken had a great flavor.

I had honey walnut shrimp and grilled teriyaki chicken with fried rice. My food was hot and fresh; however, my main items all tasted the same. The only difference was the texture of each item. In defense of the restaurant I had a very large low expectation of what I would receive because high expectations in a busy international airport are unrealistic. To the credit of the restaurant, the staff were friendly, courteous and polite. For what I received and what I paid I would return to this location.

In my experience, I discovered this to offer the "best value" in both Terminal E and D. You can expect to spend around 10 to 15 dollars for a meal, which turns out to be quite satisfying. The rice is impeccably cooked and the chicken is notably delicious. While the steak and veggies didn't hit the mark completely, it's important to note that they don't seem to be their forte. Classified as fast food, their menu can be surprisingly health-conscious if you opt for the right components of the meal.
