āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Heavenly Matcha by Stephanie at Houston Airport Starbucks (Terminal A)!
Iāve had Starbucks matcha all over the U.S. and around the world, but nothing compares to the experience I just had at the Houston Airport Terminal A location. The place is immaculately clean, the staff is super friendly, and then thereās Stephanie. She made not one, but TWO of the best hot matchas with oat milk Iāve ever hadāand believe me, I know my matcha.
Hereās the kicker: I only ordered that second matcha because my flight had an issue, and we were told to deplane. Frustrating, right? But after that first incredible matcha, I came back for round two, and it was like tasting heaven in a cup. Thanks to Stephanieās magic touch, Iām way calmer about the whole flight situation. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had a disheartening encounter at the Starbucks located on Terminal A, where my order was tossed at me, accompanied by unwarranted shouting by the lady named āTryceā or something like that. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize respectful and courteous interactions with patrons to maintain a positive reputation and loyal customer base. This regrettable incident has left such a negative impression that I have decided I will no longer patronize Starbucks. It's my hope that Starbucks takes steps to address such issues and ensure a more welcoming environment for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. The guy who served me (or not!!!!) last evening here was extremely rude. He suggested me to go to Starbucks at my destination airport after I requested him to speed up checking out process because I was getting delayed for my flight. I ordered some banana bread- 4 of them and he got them from inside of closet somewhere instead of giving me the ones on the display. Then he made excuse that he is supposed to unwrap the bread before he gives it to the customer. Yes- you do have processes defined at starbucks. But I am telling you that you do not have to unwrap plastic on the bread and just pack it and let me pay. He was just rude. I was extremely unhappy with the service and ended up wasting 10 minutes that I had for dinner last evening and was empty stomach...
