Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

So I specifically ordered a pizza melt with no ham right before the storm today. When I got to the pizza place the app said it should’ve been ready.

I learned My pizza was not ready. I was not greeted with hello, we will be with you. There was no customer service Given when I entered the store. I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes Before this lady came and asked me my name.

After I gave her my name, she said it would be about five minutes before my pizza would be ready, even though the app said that it Was already done. I get home and my order is wrong. There is ham all throughout my pizza that I’ve had to pick out. So naturally, I called the store.

I was told that I have to drive back up there to bring the pizza back, which I think is absolutely disgusting since I already took a bite into it and explained that over the phone. I also explained that I could send pictures as well And was told per Policy that I needed to bring the Pizza back to the store. Please see the pictures of the ham below that I asked specifically not to be in my pizza.

I feel disgusted that the customer level was so low and that I was asked to bring pizza back during the storm for a mess up that wasn’t even mine.

I’m highly offended and I think that this is horrible...

One of the worse pizza huts that I've ever ordered from! I work 5 minutes away and ordered delivery since I couldn't leave work to get food. I'm a pretty patient person so I waited an hour and 45 minutes before I called to ask about my pizza. The guy that took my call was no help what so ever. I asked how much longer I would have to wait and he just asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. I asked to speak with a manger, explained what was going on... She asked me to hold so she could call the driver. By now we're up to 2 hours with no pizza. She gets back on the phone and tells me the delivery driver just got there. I asked her about a refund or something and all she tells me is that pizza places don't do refunds anymore for people waiting too long for their deliveries and starts to go on about how someone died a long time ago blah blah... Delivery guy walks in with cold pizza and missing the 4 drinks I ordered, talking about sorry I'm a little late there was a lot of traffic. Dude... Your store is literally 5 minutes away. I will never order pizza from this Pizza Hut...

Do not order from here!! I ordered 35 pizzas 3 hours in advance cost 450 dollars. When i got to the place the “manager” said that he didn’t know about the order and that i should have called. Yet, he was able to print my receipt so he obviously isn’t paying attention to the orders. I told him that i ordered 3 hours ago how much more time do you need. He kept saying that it wasn’t his fault, it obviously was. He wanted to cancel the order but i told him that I still needed the food to feed my employees that were waiting. He said that he would have it done in 30-40 minutes and walks to the back. Returns a minutes later saying that he didn’t have enough material to make the pizzas. Again, I told him that i needed something to take back and he said that he would make different pizzas and not all what i ordered i said fine. He then returns a minute later and says that he can’t make it because he’s alone and it’s a time of “crisis” and doesn’t have the material………… I will never spend another dime at this dump i recommend you...
