I go to this patron alot. So I know what days they are the busiest. I decided to buy pizza on friday September 22, 2023. I called 3:58 pm and the nice guy on the phone gave me an estimated time of 15 to 20 minutes.I arrive at the store at 4:30 pm because i know friday is their busiest time. I pay Emily C the amount and then ask her where the pizza and instead of saying something nice she say you have to wait and additional minutes. I literally saw her handing out pizza to people coming in and ordering the same as i was which was pepperoni and cheese pizzas. What the point of pre- odering if you are not going to have it ready. I usually dont mind but the attitude this teenager gave was unacceptable first i already gave you more minutes. Being that I'm a new Resident in Houston and I absolutely LOVVEEEEE pizza, I was highly disappointed with my order. I didn't get anything that I asked for, like literally MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! I placed my order online and set a time for pickup and my order wasn't started until about 10 mins before my pick up time so I still had to wait. NOT TO MENTION THE PIZZA WASNT DONE ALL THE WAY ! I had to put my pizza in the oven to finish cooking and my wings were cold and not the flavors that I selected online. I live fairly close to the establishment so having to heat my food up right after picking it up is INSANE ! 0/10 do not recommend this location. Maybe I'll give another...

I came to this location because I had horrible customer service at the Patton st. location. They made my families day by taking care of a simple perk the other location could not (and was rude about not helping) but Manager Denaris and her lovely team went over and above!! The store is a little out of our way but they have new customers for life with us. Thank you so much for treating us with respect and keeping our pizza from the other location warm while we waited and offering us a survey for a free pizza on our next...
