For locals, we know Arandas as a small chain of Mexican restaurants that are fairly authentic and generous with their portion sizes. Usually great for a late night meal, you can't go wrong ordering almost anything from the menu. Free chips and salsa, cups of tea bigger than your hand can hold, and California burritos the size of Dwayne Johnsons forearm are the cliffnotes of what to expect when you come here. Some of the staff has pretty limited English skills but as long as you keep your order simple, speak basic and clearly, you should understand each other enough to make it through your meal but this isn't always the case as there definitely are some waitstaff that speak English better and probably could take care of you if there's an issue. I've been going here for years and it will always been in my rotation for good...

Give this Arandas on Airline 5 stars for their great service a delicious food. Came by today 09/26/20 and went through the drive up window to place my order but didn't realize you had to call to place an order so that you don't have to wait in the parking lot. The lady that took my order was very nice and didn't have an attitude for not calling in my order. I placed my order and parked in the parking lot for 15 minutes which I thought was very good for a big order. My order was perfect and it was made just like I had requested it. My tortas were perfectly made and the bread was very toasty and my sincronizadas were delicious and chessey and my agua de pepino and horchatas were very refreshing.
