Taqueria 3 Estados — Restaurant in Houston

The waitress was really nice, but their salsa was just old:( ..i asked her for another..so she brought me a green salsa and it was not any better. As soon as i tasted the red salsa it was clear to me that it was old, but they heated it and served it anyway. The green salsa tasted like refrigerator. I ordered chilaquiles and the salsa on them also tasted past due. I went because i was really craving chilaquiles. O told the waitress the salsas were not good, she said they had mentioned it to the cook, but the cook said it was fine. Nope! I work at a restaurant i never send out something i dont taste first. La mesera fue muy amable, pero la salsa estaba ya vieja. Le pedi otra y me trajo una salsa verda que sabia a la llelera. Pedi chilaquiles y las salsa guajillo que tenia tambien sabia como que ya estaba caducada. Le deje saber a la mesera que no estaban buenas, y me dijo que la cocinera dijo que estaba bien. Hicieron un intento muy triste de calentarlo y servirlo con los totopos, pero resulto una falla muy grande. Por que es lo primero que prueba la gente..yo trabajo en un restaurante y nunca mando algo sin probarlo..y es obio que quieres darle lo mejor a tus clientes para que regresen..la verdad dudo que regrese..quizas le dare otra oportunidad..quien sabe. Las mesas tambien estaban un poco...

Horrible service! Never came to my table with menus or ask what to drink. The waitresses were behind the counter flirting with the guy who cooks in the back. We just preferred to walk out. Will I recommend this place? No!!! I guess they don’t want any customers or money, I’m assuming that’s why the restaurant...

Regrets.. I'll never come back. No carne guisada so had to get bistek a la mexicana and it was horrible...hard, lots of nerves and it got stuck in my teeth. And the rice? I can better rice than this. Charro beans and corn tortillas were good. I should've went to Chacho's instead. I'm sure my chances would've...
