HIGH TRAFFIC AND CARS GET BROKEN INTO DRUG ACTIVITY OUT SIDE. Ppl smoking drugs, the key would (disconnect from our room every time we left 😒)Worst experience I’ve ever had. The first day we walked in our non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray. I TOLD THE OWNER HE WAS GOING TO TAKE A MACHINE IN THERE THAT TOOK ALL THE SMOKE OUT. NEVER CAME. Then MY SISTER IN LAW. Wrote a bad review about the car that she seen that had a broken window like if some one broken in and the owner/ operator Rosalee keep hanging up in her being just rude, (mind you she stayed there before me) she is the reason I found that hotel Orr even stayed there, SO THEY LOCKED US OUT OUR ROOM, that had nothing to do with us, until she took off the review. The owners I guess live there with there family, they were always sitting in the parking lot beach chairs, traffic was horrible, ppl out all hours of the night. Half the time I couldn’t get sleep due to the high traffic value. Ppl smoking drugs out side. The room was paid from FEMA. Due to our house getting flooded. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had being locked out my room with my 3 year old standing out side like that. Then not to mention the cleaning lady saying she was coming in to our room mandatory from the owner because he was trying to kick us out making sure we were not smoking In the room. Just very disrespectful, I have a 3 year old with me why would I smoke in my room. It’s ok I hope I never have to experience that again. Picture of us standing out side of our room locked out in my 3 year olds birthday. I am fortunate to have my place...
Read moreChintan is an all star employee here at the Haven Inn in Houston, Tx. This is a hidden gem place to stay . I never post reviews but how could I not not only was the room updated and emmaculate and so comfy but there is well built continental breakfast definitely not what you would expect they have all the good breakfast items plus so clean . Even though they were short staffed and slammed I was assisted with my luggage to my car when I tried to tip he would not accept and was gracious to have been able to help me . He then asked if I needed anything and gave me two free bottles of cold water . I have passed this place probably over a hundred times thinking it was just another whole in the wall but I was so wrong and it just reminds me that we should never judge book by its cover and never assume because of past experiences . In the end, if we do then we can be losing out on an outstanding experience at an affordable rate yes I said it EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!!!! I hope everyone visiting or needing just a staycation check out the Haven inn off 45 and airline . You won’t be disappointed and definitely will want to return . This is my new go to spot and will recommend to friends and family . Have a wonderful Wednesday Houston , come by the Haven Inn and...

I would like to first say thank you for your exceptional service! As a continuous customer I can say with confidence that this is by far one of the best stays in Houston. I frequent this location with my girlfriend often and surprisingly our stay has gotten better every visit! The customer service at the front desk provided by Mr. David is beyond what anyone can ask for and he is absolutely terrific! He has taking the time to get to know us not only as customers but as people as well, which is not expected nor required. Not only Mr. David but Mr. Henry as well have gone out of their way to be more than accommodating to us as guest and I honestly would not feel comfortable nor would I care to stay anywhere else! The time and effort they put into ensuring we have a fantastic stay has been noticed and I would gladly recommend friends, family, anyone to stay here. Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the morning breakfast IS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! We have been long time customers of Haven Inn and we will continue as Haven Inn has made us feel as if we were FAMILY!
