Awful! I really don't like posting negative reviews, but....hubs & I ordered 1/2 chicken, spicy fries and avocado salad. Chicken was beyond dry, we're talking dehydrated. We had to consume vast amounts of liquid to wash it down. Spicy fries were spicy, but how hard could you mess up store bought, frozen, crinkle cut fries?? Avocado salad? Are you kidding me?? Iceberg lettuce, a couple slices of carrots, below average tomato slices and not 1, not 2, but 3 paper thin slices of avocado balanced for aesthetic purposes on top. Oh, don't forget the flan! Now I know my limits, flan can be tricky and is not something I've ever attempted to make, this was something between the texture of curdled custard and chunky pumpkin pie (is that possible) without the crust. I am not sure how this place gets good reviews, they desperately need help. Would make for a great episode on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.

I dont even know where to start. Peruvian food is one to the top food in the world and is by far the best I have ever had but this place is a disgrace and embarrassment to the Peruvian community. It is the fakest food I have ever tasted in my 33 years of life and it is ridiculously priced. With 117 dollars I could had ate at a much better place. The lomo saltado was made with frozen fries and it barely had any meat, the tallarin Verde was salty and it didn't taste like tallarines verdes and the pasta was not well cooked as it was still hard. Your portions are half servings of another place I have ever been to. The chicken was dry and the chicha had a terrible after taste. I felt robbed and clearly the reviews on here are either fake too or people just don't know what Peruvian food should taste like!!!

I'm so happy Pollo Bravo finally reopened on Memorial Dr! It's my favorite neighborhood restaurant for Latin Peruvian cuisine. Everything wonderful from their previous menu is back. Parking is easy, service friendly, food is on point. My favorite dishes are ceviche, Lomo Saltado, rotisserie chicken, fried green plantains, chicha morada (drink), and lucuma ice cream. Even the white rice is so flavorful and has great texture. ☺ my belly is so happy! Can't wait to dine in and watch soccer games here!

Esta será la última vez que ordene desde esta ubicación. El restaurante debe ofrecer porciones más grandes de lomo saltado e incluir papas fritas con el plato según lo previsto.

I ordered via Uber Eats. Ordered a Lomo Saltado. There was literally no meat in it! It was delicious but the portion was way too small for the price.

Fast forward to today. I thought I'd give them another try and even included a note asking them to please provide a larger portion that my last order was sorely missing meat. Welp, guess what? It had less meat than before and zero fries. This place is almost $15.00. To get barely any meat and zero fries really upset me. I work hard for my money and when I want a meal I expect it to be what I ordered.

Needless to say but I wont be ordering from this location or any Pollo Bravo again. In the east coast I can get heaping portions of lomo saltado with...

Bad food, Wrong food, Bad service. "Avocado Salad" was some crappy old iceberg lettuce with 2 tiny slices of avocado. About a tablespoon worth of avocado. I ordered the large. So the small has 1 teaspoon of avocado? Terrble food. I also ordered Fried Cassava as part of my order. They gave me soggy french fries. Terribly disappointing. If you grew up with Yuca then you know it's not the same thing. When I called they asked me 4 time what the issue was. They kept pretending not to hear me, but when I started talking over their "hello? hello? hello?? it interrupted them so I know they could actually hear. Bad service, Bad food, Wrong food. Don't Order from here. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. If they had simply apologized and offered some fix I wouldn't have posted anything. What an awful place in a city with lots of...
