Potbelly — Restaurant in Houston

Mad- disappointed. I love this spot bc for me it's been the best so far, and also live by the area, is on my way home and I love pot belly since the first time I had it. but today I'm really annoyed. I ordered two sandwiches. I had to repeat my self many times, the guy putting the toppings doesn't speak English, I'm Hispanic too and I had too, i guess he noticed my accent, I assume if he doesn't speak English still, he has makesure you do a good job. He made me repeat and repeat over and over again, Spanish and English. I even asked before I left bc I didn't have anything to eat at home. My daughter doesn't eat hot peppers, he put extra for both. I ask for my self extra pepper which was a chicken club, for my daughter was a chicken cheddar.

While he was asking for the toppings was holding the pen, if he know he doesn't have a good memory then WRITE THE ORDER. Put some love when you do you job, bc having a job is what make us have a roof for our family. You guys just ...

If you are coming here to just pick up food to-go at lunch time, DON'T. Absolutely no parking. Finally went to the garage and I was not about to park 3 floors up to walk in and get food to-go. It took 20 min finding somewhere to park. Then I get in (first time at potbelly) and...I am short. I found it very annoying that the counter came up to my nose. I couldn't see or hear anything. The employees didnt seem to care that I knew nothing about how things were done and just let me be confused. Then I go up to the register, guy rings me up and all my stuff is just spread out, I asked for a bag and he handed me the bag...for me to bag all my food....then I go fill up a drink and I cant find anything, lids, straws ets. Nothing was stocked. Finally get back to office and eh..the sandwich was not that great for all that work. Will not...

Just spent ten minutes waiting in line to accomplish nothing. The guy at the start of the line kept forgetting to start making my sandwhich. He was told three times, once by me and twice by his coworkers. 3rd time they told him to make the sandwich I had already been waiting 10 minutes. I'd just been standing in there 10 minutes staring at these people while they are obliviously making the sandwhiches for the multiple people behind me in line. When i realized id prolly have to wait another 10 minutes bc they hadnt even started i left. This could have been avoided if your online portal worked too but half the time i try to order online that wont work either. The parking is also awful. Never enough spaces in their lot. Had to park a half block away...
