I came today ordered a maniac combo. While waiting I went to the restroom with my son, since it was occupied I took him to the men's since he couldn't wait. Then I see there is no soap. I told him to wait for the lady to come out so we could hands them there. Again, there wasn't any soap. I should say both restrooms had soap but we're not in dispensers. I tried to open soap bottle and wasn't able, since we really needed to wash our hands. I asked an employee about it, she simply said there wasn't any soap. She replied as if she didn't care, she didn't even bother to go check or something turn around and ignored me. I had to call her back and asked to speak with manager. I waited for like 5 min without anyone acknowledging or anything. (Meanwhile my order had been ready and getting cold). Then I'm right by register hearing a lady, not sure if she was the manager telling another employee to just 'tell her there's no soap'. Then, I told her that I needed to wash out hands. She just said there's no soap. I told her there's soap...I need to wash hands. She didn't apologize or say anything at least for customer to see. Nothing, she just said there was a missing part on dispenser. I told her really? On both restrooms? She just said she could give me a wipe....which by the way are the same wipes an older lady used to clean the tables. On top of this, ketchup dispenser also was out of service. And the coke and diet coke flavor beverages tasted flat..without co2 or something. Lastly, want to say this location needs new management or something, don't know how to deal with customers.(not to mention 2 other customers went to the restrooms and made a face I'm guessing because of no soap). 2 months ago i went inside and ordered a caniac to go. When i arrived to work and to eat, there was a chicken finger missing. I didnt want to go back as i was 15.min away and due to work. I let it go. Then like ive aeen other reviews complaining about chicken size. Its true. Like 2 times that I've always ordered a caniac, twice there's been a very small tender...and for me this is a scam or food skimping because on top that your prices went up I've noticed your tenders are smaller. I usually don't complain but this time i had to, especially this location...

I went to this location and requested 2 kids meals with a request to upsize the drinks for an additional cost. I was informed that this request for a drink upgrade for an additional charge could not process even though other locations that I have been to have been able to fulfill this request. I ended up purchasing 2 additional drinks with the 2 combos and paid $20 cash for the $18 total with my caniac club card. After leaving the restaurant about a half mile away, I noticed that the drive thru cashier failed to give me my caniac rewards card back so I had to turn around, parked my vehicle and go inside to speak to someone about it. Two of the female workers were right in front near the registers in personal conversations laughing. I said “Excuse me”. Neither of the ladies stopped their conversation so I said “Excuse me” a little louder and this time so one of the staff members in the back I believe who was either cooking or getting the orders bagged heard me and tried to tell someone that I was needing assistance. Another worker that was further back behind the two ladies came to assist me. Never at any point did these two ladies stop their conversation to assist me. My caniac club card card was returned back to me and I left. However, as a customer I would like to express the poor customer service that I received this evening at this location. There were no apologies given for me having to return back to the restaurant because the drive thru cashier failed to return my caniac club card. There was no stopping personal conversations to assist a customer. I was there on 11/21/23 at approximately 8:40p-8:50p. I would recommend to review your cameras and see how the female employees were just hanging out laughing in personal a conversation when a customer asked for assistance. Looks like it was a normal thing. That is something that should definitely be coached in mentioned in future employee trainings. Lack of empathy...

TL:DR If long waits, argumentative managers, and gloveless employees is what you want then this is the spot for you. If one or all of these things don’t appeal to you then I suggest you go to another location.

Total time from arrival to departure was 20+ min for a box combo. The Car ahead also had issues requiring refund, multiple bags of food were exchanged with the drink being passed back to the employee who handed it(watery Hi-C)to me when I drove up. Upon arrival at the window I was asked multiple times what I had ordered and after I gave the order it was called to the kitchen verbally multiple times incorrectly. I was then asked to pull up and wait just to end up sitting another 6 min until an employee came to ask me what I needed and to move my car so other cars behind me could get out after receiving their orders(which makes zero sense considering the fact only one product is prepared in the kitchen). After moving I walked inside to see what the issue was just to watch them scramble to assemble a box combo which is when I witnessed an employee “find” my (cold)Texas toast and in the process holding it up with an ungloved hand. I promptly told the manager I wanted a refund and was asked “why” I wanted my money back. When I revealed people were touching food with no gloves he demanded I prove who wasn’t using gloves. A back and forth ensued where I was told everyone is wearing gloves as if that remotely mattered at that point. The manager was extremely unprofessional and was clearly trying to create a scene over a situation that was entirely his own doing due to his horrid leadership skills and lack of conflict resolution. A tall gentleman attempted to come up to the register to take care of the refund but was rebuffed by the Spanish Inquisitor of a...

I can't belive that I've never made a review on raising canes. It's unexplainable the atmosphere is so cool poster's and pictures and murals on the ways with disco balls hanging from the ceiling if your going inside to eat, it's a great place. I ordered in the drive thru and there was people outside to take your order which is new. The food is so good I recommend mix in the hot sauce with the cane sauce for an extra kick. I know many people don't like coleslaw but it actually good. Other than that everything here is amazing.

The food is good, but man they need to do something about the drive thru mess. Cars cutting and once you are in line, one person can complain about being skipped by not knowing how the line works and workers immediately come to move you because of others incompetence. I was exited when the chain opened up, but the line mess makes me avoid it or at least think about it. I'm just glad there are other restaurants near by to take your business.
