I got through the drive through and order a kids meal and 3 chicken fingers, Vanessa misheard me and called out the meal, I then tell her no just the 3 chicken fingers not the meal, she then ask is that all and before I could finish my order she calls out the total, I then tell her I want to add a canes sauce, she asked again after adding the sauce is there anything else you would like to add and again before I could answer she she calls out my total for the 2nd time, I then tell her to add a toast she then ask for the 3rd time is there anything else and waits this time I then tell her, no and thanks for listening now, she then says excuse me I then repeat myself and she says pull forward so I get to the Window and she still has a attitude so I tell her I just want the kids meal and take the rest of it off she hears me, looks up to the ceiling and proceeded to swipe my card instead of adjusting my order and hands me the receipt and my card back with everything still on the receipt no adjustments being made then tell her again that I just want the kids meal now see close the window in my face and walks off I guess it was the manager and training that came to adjust my bill and reimburse me my money but while he's doing that Vanessa asked did I want it back on my card and I asked will it be on there the same day she said yes and that they swipe my card again and I check my bank account and it doesn't show as being posted so the managers at the window this time well the manager in training I believe and I tell him that the money hasn't posted to my account yet he says it usually takes one to two business days and I tell him Vanessa said it would be on there the same day he did Apologize and I tell him Vanessa needs an attitude adjustment and he says he is going to talk to her. Overall I left upset because all I wanted was some canes with three chicken strips and canes sauce and toast but received a lot of...
Read moreI love Raising Canes, I go at least once a week at the location by work and everyone at my work place knows how much I love Canes.
Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been extremely poor. The first time I went they gave me the wrong combo, gave me a Box Combo for my Caniac -- but since I love Canes so much, I forgave them. A few other times I came by, asked for No Slaw Extra Sauce and received No Slaw Extra Toast -- not a problem, for the love of Canes, this too, is forgivable. However, this last experience is the last straw and I am never coming back to this location.
I went through the drive-though last week to grab a quick dinner (Caniac Combo - $11), gave the girl my Raising Cane's Gift Card with $24 left on it and she slid it and asked me for my payment. I was confused and I realized she scanned my Gift Card and assumed it was a Caniac Club Card (Loyalty Card) and when I told her it wasn't so she swiped it again. I asked her, are you sure you didn't just charge me twice, she said no -- so I plunged into my Caniac combo (that had the wrong side as well) and proceeded with my night.
The following week I went to Raising Cane's and tried my gift card on a Box Combo ($7.89) and she told me there was only a little over $1 left on my card. My card had $24 - $11 for the Caniac last week so I should have about $13 left on it. Turns out the drive-through lady at the time before did charge me twice for it, but was so worried about the drive-through line that they disregarded their customer.
Getting through your drive-through queue is important, but rushing things and getting it wrong is the wrong attitude and ends up pushing away loyal customers. I hope the training at this place is improved because it seems they can never get an...
Read moreFresh food and fast, friendly service... but the cole slaw though... it’s an absolute disgrace. Cole slaw is already an undesirable side item, but the fact that Raising Cane’s managed to create the worst-ever cole slaw is astounding. Incredibly bland with no prominent flavor, extraordinarily tough to chew because it’s minced to a disturbing degree, and insufficient dressing. Crinkle-cut fries have no prominent flavor. Way too much ice in the drinks. Chicken tenders don’t have substantial flavor either. Everything is overpriced, yet they have the audacity to be stingy with the sauce and charge extra for more. The only thing carrying Raising Cane’s is their sauce and since TikTok taught me how to make it, I will no longer be eating there. For anyone that likes to save their hard-earned money, I recommend against...
