I had a disappointing experience at this Canes but i usually go through SL. Location: Westheimer near Dairy Ashford in Houston , tx At 8:20 pm CST 2/23 i was in the drive thru line and initiated an order for the Caniac combo to go .. my intent was to order 2 but before i could get there .. this occured. The outdoor menu said the price per meal was $16 and change. I asked if there is a discount if k don't want a drink as i just picked a large drink from the nearby hospital i visited. The lady said it is $18 and change when she rings it up with and $15 and change of without. Before actually placing the order i thought about it and paused and asked. Why is it $18 and change when the menu says $16 and change. Her response was.... " You can ask Trump " ! I was at first questioned to myself did she just answer what i think she said and then my friend who was on the phone confirmed he heard it to .. So i asked her something along the lines of thats not what i asked but why the menu price was different.. She just changed gears and said your" order is then ... 1 Caniac...". I then told her never mind and drive off... At that point when a young girl somehow assumes and makes comments like that... I don't want my food mis-handled. I used to eat Canes chicken regularly but i don't think this is the training corporate provides but just an overly disgruntled employee and not reflective on the company.... Amy e this locations management or just this person but the corporate...

I’ve been going to Raising Cane’s all my life growing up throughout college (almost 10 years) went to the drive through around 10:30pm Tuesday Sept 28th, whenever I go to cane’s i always order a box combo, no slaw, extra sauce with a sweet tea. Whenever i pulled up to the window, the lady reconfirmed my order, she said “hi, you ordered a box combo, no slaw, extra toast.” I corrected her, “no it’s a box combo, no slaw, extra sauce.” She said yes okay. Proceeds to STILL GIVE ME THE BOX COMBO, NO SLAW EXTRA TOAST WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A BOX COMBO, NO SLAW, EXTRA SAUCE. HOW DO YOU NOT HEAR PEOPLE’S ORDERS YALL?????? What kind of service do you give people if you DO NOT REPEAT BACK THEIR ORDER AND ASK IF IT WAS CORRECT AND ALSO DOUBLE CHECK INSIDE THE TOGO ORDER TO SEE IF IT’S CORRECT. Also, i asked for a SWEET TEA, THEY GAVE ME UNSWEET TEA, DO THEY NOT HEAR WHAT I BE SAYING IN THOSE SPEAKERS?? Bro i’m dead. I know you guys might not care, but for someone like me who’s worked in the food industry for over 10 years, someone’s really got to shape up the service at this location. I’m sorry. You guys just lost my respect for...

I visited this Canes on Dairy Ashford on Mother's Day May 15th at 10:30 pm CST to sit down and enjoy my meal inside the restaurant. Approaching the doors there is man made typed sign (non-corporate sign) that basically states 'drive thru only'. And I'm clearly upset because I want my dining experience inside the restaurant, but somehow the dine in service is not an option, the doors are locked, but drive thru is open till 1am CST.

Same day, within minutes, I visited the Westheimer Canes location a few miles south of this location and their dine in service is open. Does corporate know about 'drive thru only' concept? I do think is not right for the customers to force drive thru down our throats. And I can't be the only one who feels this way.

This is not the first occurrence where I tried to visit canes during the evening but not too late before close but yet they lock the door on us and expect us to...

Updated Review - the bad review I posted before was a while ago and it is the only time I have had a problem there. I have been back to the Dairy Ashford location numerous times and have not had problem with them at all. I think that the mangled to go box was a one time thing and could have happened to anyone. This Raising Cane's location is on point and has not messed up an order and has always had fast service. Old Review To go box mangled and would not close when I told them about it they said they are all like that. When I pay 13 bucks for chicken tenders I expect a working box to keep the overpriced food warm until I get home. Fix your boxes or at least get some tape or something.

This location used to be great and I would come here often because of how fast and polite everything was. The last two times the workers have acted like they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs or care that a customer is in front of them. The first time the food was a joke, smallest chicken fingers (one was barely chicken, basically just fried batter) and the second time I was told to wait out front for nearly 10 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken, no please, it was "just pull up to the front". Can't imagine I'll be going here that often anymore. And don't bother asking me to call you to resolve the issue, it already happened, nothing to resolve.

Just ordered a 3 tender combo an man.... The chicken tasted old and not fresh. On top of that the tenders which are usually good size are like the size of nuggets at mcdonalds. When I placed my order in the drive thru it was nice and simple but when I pulled up to the window they already had my food ready - I know it wasn't fresh and sure enough it was gold and tasted like it was left over from hours before all soggy and nasty. I'm very upset with how much I spent and with such poor quality that the food was served.
