The establishment has the potential to be satisfactory, but its consistency is lacking. There have been instances where it appears to be the only Cane's location that does not accept mobile orders. This issue was not encountered when the Dairy Ashford location was the closest one. Overall, I am appreciative of the fact that a location has opened closer to my residence. However, it is evident that there are still numerous operational issues that require resolution.

Update:

If you're the type who orders extra sauces and you order at the drive-through, sit there and check your order. 😤 I've probably lost about $20 on sauces they missed because I didn't check and neither did they. It's super frustrating, but never enough to drive back or ask for a refund for a couple of dollars. No hate to the kids working there because I get that they're young and probably don't get paid that much. 😞

When compared to other fast-food joints, especially in the area, they are very slightly above par. 🤷‍♂️ When compared to other Cane's, they are definitely one of the worst. 🤢 To be honest, and let's be real, all they have going for them is that sauce. 🤤 Everything else can be bought at 80% of restaurants in Houston. Cane's is one of those places that you go to for their consistency. When they miss that, there's really no point in going. 😒

I've been going back to the Dairy Ashford location recently. No issues there. 👍

The service not even worth 1 star, but cannot leave without it. Went into the store ordered to go. There was two lines each with a customer ordering, i was queuing up on one, the other line was done with other customer, i waited a min or so, so i went to this young lady staff there, she is no initiative of serving another customer, she just stood there and making fun of something with another staff!!! So i went to her and want to order, after i was done and i said have you got what i need? Cause the whole process not a word from her, so i would like to make sure my order was correct! No replies and with eyeballs rolling on me!!!?!! She really had an attitude!! Very bad experience!! I didn’t even do anything, just ordered what i need then i would leave!! Very disrespectful and mistreated!!! Actually my friend asked me to make another order after i went back to my car, i didn’t even bother back into the place!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really was disrespectful...

In all my years of eating Cane's tonight's experience was a definite first. Very strange interaction at the drive thru window. I complained about the extremely small portion of fries in my box and the cashier looks and says That looks like 4 ozs of fries would you like me to weigh then for me? Since the first Canes near LSU I've NEVER heard this so now I'm intrigued so ....Please weigh them. She takes the box and i can see every interaction through the window. She shows the cook. Shows the manager - who oddly needed to see what i looked like before responding. Cashier returns with the box with maybe 4 more fries in it and says we don't have a scale but they said it looks right but threw in a few more (literally 3 or 4 more). This definitely won't be our goto Cane's. So they are eyeballing the 4oz but stand firm that it's 4 oz. Im througly confused about the practices at this location...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Canes, specifically regarding the rushed experience and the insufficient portion of fries given the amount spent. I ordered two sides of fries. However, my primary concern lies in the limited portion of fries we received, considering the cost of our meal. Canes is known for its signature fries, and it was disheartening to find that the quantity served did not align with our expectations or the value we anticipated for the money spent. Fries are a fundamental part of the Canes experience, and the inadequacy in this aspect greatly impacted our overall enjoyment.

From the flat soda, watered down Arnold Palmer, bland soggy fries, bland soggy chicken, bland room temperture coleslaw, long wait for what? no cars in the drive thru no people in restaurant breading falling off bc just so soggy even water in the box from the coleslaw which makes me question how they store it if room temp. Waste of time and money. Clearly extra crispy fries means nothing cold soggy stale is what u get no salt. Save your time and money go a bit further to whataburger, wendys or even McDonald's

I went in about 11 o clock tonight, ordered two sandwich combos, and it was taking a long time compared to the two cars in front of me, I was watching in the window and one sandwich came out quick, the second took a long time to get bagged; I get home, and one of the sandwiches only had two tenders on it and barely any sauce. I'm tired, I worked all day, so I didn't go back for correction. I had left a 5 star review before but I've deleted that one for this one.
