Looking for a place that will go out their way to make sure you have subpar service?? Look no further. Come here if you like waiting in your car while your food sits inside. Only here will the employees give you Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent!! Watch as they roll their eyes at you. Take their time to SLOWLY bag your food. And if you ask for the manager, he’ll gladly sit idly by as his incompetent employees disrespect customers. Want to feel humiliated and laughed at? This is the spot!!!
The manager will not be on your side so don’t try anything. He would rather be watch as his employees become PETTY.
So unless you want to be treated like a welcome mat, receive cold food, waste time waiting, and get attitude from both the MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES, I would HIGHLY avoid this location.
How about the owner stop copying and pasting the same response: We never want to disappoint, and we regret to learn of your recent experience. Please call us at 1-833-HICANES. We want to address what occurred!
And instead be PROACTIVE. Train tour employees to respect customers. I doubt this will happen, but corporate needs to take disciplinary action and hold their employees responsible for their actions. Most likely nothing will come of this and this location will continue to be rude, disrespectful, and...
Read moreThe store was very clean, the workers were quick to clean the table tops as soon as any customers left very quick to wait on customers.
The food was prepared very quickly, and tasted terrific.
My only reason for not giving them more than 3 ⭐'s was I might as well have been at an automat. For the younger customers reading this. There used to be restaurants called an Automat, across the area where you would pick out your food from what looks like USPS POB's with Windows you would pick what food you wanted by looking through the window and picking up the food you wanted. You would then go to the register to pay for your food. The workers would maybe say 5 words to the customers.
Inspite of saying hi or how are you several of the young ladies. At the counter or picking up trash or the containers. I got maybe a nod or stare from them. Absolutely no customer interaction from the employees. If this is from instructions from the management they are following instructions to the point of losing my business. The last time I visited this Restaurant was a little over 2 years ago. I see no reason to come back any sooner. There are several on Westheimer that put this one to shame customer service wise, and are as...
Read moreHi,
I wanted to share what happened last night. I worked at Cane’s for three years as a teenager, and now I’m a General Manager at a sushi restaurant on Washington, so I understand how it works.
It was around 12:50 a.m. and I didn’t feel like cooking at home after working a double, so I stopped by and ordered five fingers naked at the speaker. When I got to the window, they said they weren’t naked. I asked again, but they said no and closed the window like I hadn’t said anything.
I waited 20 minutes in line. I know you have to make them fresh — it only takes about 5 and a half minutes — but nobody told me how long it would be. I went back through the line to get my money back. The guy at the window said sorry, but the manager with the braid and glasses didn’t say anything at all, and the other manager with the nose ring didn’t say anything about the wait either.
This is exactly the kind of situation that could have been avoided with a quick heads-up or an apology. It’s just basic customer service. Fast food isn’t easy — I get that — but you still have to communicate with people. I left the dirge thru at 1:32 am. 42 minutes later
Just wanted to pass this on so maybe it helps with...
