Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Houston

was refused service because i didn't let a car that arrived AFTER me cut in front of me in line. the manager requested that I get out of line and drive around the building to let the car behind me that arrived after me go in front of me. i told her I was there before that car which is how I was in line IN FRONT of the black car that tried to cut me off. The manager still told me I needed to get out of line and drive around the building and by this point since I had BEEN in line there were two other cars behind the black car. When I reiterated that I was ahead of the black car and told her to ask the car in front of me and they would be able to confirm the manager still told me she didn't care ans that she would refuse me service. i have been a customer of canes for YEARS and eat at this particular location at least once every two weeks if not more often. After how rude the manager was I will NEVER eat at any canes ever again despite really liking the food. I had a cop get the managers name and was told it was tiffany. This incident occurred around 2:40 am today, saturday morning 1-20. Corporate please watch the video and you will see the black car pull up after and BEHIND me in the white audi. i have been to this location many times and understand that sometimes the line wraps around the building and when this is the protocol for the line I follow the CONES set out and drive around however them, however there were no cones. Even before the black car drove around the building, i was in line ahead of them. Never in my life have I had an issue like this or been refused service. I am so disappointed in my experience with canes and their management tonight I will never again eat at this...

Visited on 4/27/23 around 6:30pm Came from up north where we don’t have a canes so it was our first time trying to you know the sauce is what everyone talks about so I was ready to try the sauce the girl who took our order was nice on the menu it says the meals come with sauce but I decided to check my order because I know it’s easy to forget them while working at a fast pace they didn’t put sauce in it so I went back in to ask for some the girl was going to give them to us for free until the other girl at the counter grabbed her and whispered in her ear then she proceeded to charge us .42 cents okay not a problem I worked placed we had to charge for sauce as well so they give us the sauce and it is a tiny little cup so I asked my girlfriend if she wants another one because it’s two meals and one little sauce so I ask for one more and the girl makes a stank face rolls her eyes and says you want another one and charges us again after dealing with the attitude my girlfriend pointed out the fact they where suppose to come with the meal anyway so I said that “the reason we are asking for more is because we never got any in our meal” and the attitude continues and she says “well do you want more then” at that point my whole mood was thrown off and I was ready to leave so i said “it’s good now I guess” even tho I paid almost $1 for two little sauces I was suppose to get with my meal still was nice and respectful but didn’t get the same in return from the employee food wasn’t that good either chicken sandwich was dry and the sauce was the only reason I was able to eat it even with the sauce they already put on the Sandwich wouldn’t return to this location if I ever get canes in...

Their chicken shrunk in the past couple of years. I eat here maybe 3-4x a year, it's very convenient since they are open late & near where I live. The menu is super limited since they are "chicken fingers" - you can get them in a box of i think 2 to 4 or a big box of a bunch of them or there is a sandwich option.

You would think that since that is all they have on their menu, they would keep it the same but this is a very noticeable difference in size. Maybe they are struggling like everyone else but it is a bit of a rip off since this is our money we are spending too & now they are basically giving out chicken nuggets instead of tenders. Their fries are pretty plain & not cooked well most of the time (floppy fries are grossss!) Their sauce makes up for it. it's probably just some simple ingredient stuff but it's good & their bread is really good. Love their crushed ice too , so those factors are why i think they deserve the 2 stars. This place used to be a 4* imo but not anymore.

Oh & idk what goes on in their parking lot at night but there is a bunch of activity. Cars & people yelling - i know there is a school nearby but this activity is going off really late.

I hope they fix the issues with their quality since there isn't many late night options (not even a grocery store nearby anymore) But they probably taking advantage of...
