It's so disappointing that this canes has not been open long enough and their service is not up to par with other locations.we arrived at the drive through at 1140pm with Noone in line just us and for about 4 minutes Noone answered the speaker even though we said hello?i had to call the store and then they answered the speaker. So We ordered our meal with extra sauce and Arnold palmer for thw drinks and they said they didn't have enough tea for 2 drinks only for one. So fine we changed one of the drinks to a diet coke. Then we paid and got our drinks with no extra ice and still didn't get the Arnold palmer they gave us a lemonade instead. Also our meals didn't have extra sauces like we requested. Then she had the nerve to say we didn't ask for extra sauce. Which ok fine she charged us for it and we gave her a dollar and she said she didn't have no change.. no change??? What kind of business are they running in there. The employees are too busy cleaning that they are not paying attention that they have a customer waiting on the drive through and then not give them what they requested initially which it's the employee and not the customers fault. Keep in mind they close at 1am...

June 2nd at about 8:10-8:30 pm you have a young rude female employee working first window on the headset, refusing to give me what I ordered. I raise my window down and ask "Can I get a kid's meal?" She says "No you cannot" and there is a pause. She then says "Can I get you something else? There is no chicken" Another female worker next to her tells us that there is chicken and asks what else we would like to order. I refused to even order from there anymore, from the way the first worker talks to me rudely and the fact that she lies and says there's no chicken. I've been trying to call this location but there is no answer. I hope you guys find out who this young employee is and have a talk with her. She made this place look very unprofessional and like the manager hired a bunch of immature workers (which is not the case because usually I run into nicer employees). If your employee is okay with wasting others time like this, she doesn't need to work at all. I was late to work due to having to wait In the line to even exit, next time there will be a...

NEVER coming back to this location! This location hasn’t even been open a full month and around 11:15pm on 2/6/2022 I purchased a meal from this location. Got home and as I was in the middle of my meal I found a long black string of hair in my food. I nearly put it in my mouth. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I called the restaurant and one of the managers named John said I could bring it back up to the restaurant for a refund. I went back up there and I got to the drive thru window and spoke to John once more. He then proceeds to tell me that I needed the plate with the hair in it, present to receive my refund. Mind you, this wasn’t told to me when I spoke to him on the phone prior to me driving back up there. So I drive back to my home to get the plate out of my garbage and take it back up there just for him (JOHN) to process my refund. And also I saw many employees through the drive thru window not wearing hair nets and they were playing around and dancing…unprofessional. And this restaurant hasn’t even been open 1...

Here’s an updated version that incorporates your line “Always the best chicken fingers” into a longer review: ⸻ Always the best chicken fingers — hands down. Raising Cane’s continues to be my go-to spot when I’m craving crispy, juicy chicken done right. I ordered takeout this time, and everything was packed neatly and ready fast. The food was perfect. The chicken fingers were hot, golden, and incredibly tender inside — consistently high quality every visit. The Cane’s Sauce, as always, is the perfect complement. Fries were fresh and well-seasoned, and the buttery Texas toast was spot-on. Even the coleslaw added a nice balance to the meal. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Staff made sure everything was accurate, and the atmosphere inside the store was clean and welcoming, even for a quick pickup. If you’re looking for a place that delivers consistently great food and service, Raising Cane’s never lets you down.

So this is what was ordered for 7guests. But while I was ordering my mom was telling the lady what she wanted to drink and was totally ignored, so she repeated herself. Still ignored. The cashier was told that we were dining in, yet out food was packed in a Togo bag. Since we ordered the gallon we asked for cups and she wanted to charge us for 7cups and wouldn’t give us plates. I love canes but HATED THE SERVICE!!! not only did we not feel welcomes, we were ignored, and the girl was rude and didn’t care. We did ask for a refund, returned the food & left to eat elsewhere. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service.

Great location!!! The parking lot is pretty small so be mindful of that. If it gets to busy, parking at Walmart may be an easier option. The drive Thru has two lanes that are full during the day. Wait time can be from 5-12 minutes. If there is no line then you can expect to have your food out within 3 minutes. The inside is really clean and has a pretty cool vibe. The disco balls had a very chill atmosphere. The dinning area stays open late if you choose to go inside. The bathrooms are usually really clean. Great customer service. The ice taste great if you’re an ice lover. Prices start at $7.99
