Now this is how inexpensive bubble drinks are supposed to be! For 2 drinks with tapioca we paid $5 and a little bit of change. Not $7 and certainly not $10. It seems like the only place to get them this cheap is in Chinatown, although with all of the new trendy new pop up places, that's slowly changing as well.
This particular location seems to have been remodeled since I was last here, and it looks really nice on the inside, with a place to sit and read or study if necessary. I used to go to this place before and after 2 months I finally had the chance to be on Bellaire so I paid them a visit and wow what a big disappointment. The banana strawberry smoothie tasted nothing but shaved ice and water with no tasted of neither strawberry or banana nor they even bother to add sugar or milk with it. Ordered taro bubble tea and they gave me taro smoothie. They refused to correct the order in anyway not even just make the right drink for me without price adjustment since the smoothie cost more than the tea.
