Salata — Restaurant in Houston

This Salata is great! My coworker and I walked in because we were grabbing a quick bite to eat before we went back to the office. When we first walked in we were greeted with a big smile and welcoming us in. Then, as we were going thru the line they were very fast and efficient. There was not one misstep or mistake as my coworker and i were going thru the line. Each employee that added toppings or asked if we wanted any more to our salad were very friendly. Once we got to checkout the checkout clerk which i think was a manager was very friendly and we had a funny conversation with him. Once we paid and started leaving everyone said goodbye and wished for us to come back again. Our salads were very yummy and prepared perfectly. I highly recommend this location not just for the food but the great service. Thanks Salata West Gray...

I went today 07/27 at 1:15 to this location. The team in line was very friendly. I got a wrap and a bowls but my parter found a sharp piece of plastic while chewing. I’m the manager of a restaurant and thing like this might happen by a single mistake so I went back to the cashier it was white dude with a tattoo on his arm. I said “ sorry you have a second “ he answers me very rude “ he was busy “ then I showed him what we we found and said they don’t use any kind of plastic. I told him very nice “ I’m not complaining and I don’t want any refund just wanted to tell you to be more careful when prepping so none else gets hurt. He got mad and just turned his back on me saying “sorry “. What a shame that they don’t take nice a constructive criticism especially when it could cause...

I usually visit salata frequently and never had this experience. I asked for Salata Mix and spinach on my regular salad then I asked her to also add a little bit of arugula and few more spinach (since she only added like 3 pieces literally) so she proceeded to remove a handful of salata mix that she had already placed in my bowl... I literally just wanted my portion of spinach and a little bit of arugula.. she didn't even told me that she was going to do that before she removed the salata mix.... she just did it.. I asked her to put that back and she said "I'm sorry this is the portion that we do"... ridiculous... so everyone expect people here to remove your food from the bowl if you want a little more of something... I just walked out and will never...
