Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Houston

Best sandwhich restaurant ever. Came this evening 02/13/2020 with my wife and 3 kids to have dinner. We love coming here and enjoy their food and the great customer service. I love how they bring your food to the table and i love the fact that the owner comes out aswell to bring your food out. Very clean restaurant and I recommend it to everyone in Houston and to those ppl visiting Houston looking for a good sandwhich spot with great food great customer service and very very clean restaurant come to yale and washington. The sandwhiches are the bomb the pep pizza is the best ever and everything else in between is out of this world....and lets not forget the cinnabons...OMG!!!!! Never been in a drive thru and seen the customer hand the phone back and forth to the drive thru cashier and it went on for minutes. There was obviously an issue with their order so instead of making all of us wait, why don’t you make that one person wait. Then you tell me when I try to just pay for my food that I already ordered to get back in line, instead of letting me move along and go about my day, very nice. I don’t have time for other peoples errors or issues. I did my part, you should have done yours. Let’s face it, you’re struggling, you have an inside that you don’t even open half the time because business isn’t what it should be, your not in a position to lose anymore customers but congratulations, you just did. Wish I could give it nothing, like it gave the public. What's the point in having a business especially anything food related if you're never open. Planned to get food for me and my coworkers and left having to pursue other options while their staff sat was sitting at the table with their headphones in. They never looked up till we left, didn't answer the phone when called, and sitting in the dark like a vampire. So stealing hours from the company and wasting public's time by lying about being open. Just close and tear it down already so they can turn this place into any other business that plans to thrive and succeed by actually being open and accepting customers.
