I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a back experience here before.. until today. I had my mom order 2 specific drinks without her knowing what they looked like, keep in mind I was on the phone with her so I know she said the right thing. She gets home the drinks are wrong, no big deal I end up going back with the receipt and both full drinks to get the order correct. Whoever tf ashley is needs a refresh on a customer service course, her condescending tone was disgusting and rude. I told her what happened very respectfully cause I know what it’s like to be in customer service, it goes silent after I explained what happened and she come back saying “is there anything else you’d like to add to that?” I’m still keeping my positive attitude even though I’m taken aback by how she said what she said and tell her no, I pull up to the window, the boy working there is no better, he hands me 1 drink when both of the previous drinks were wrong, I tell him there was supposed to be 2, he looks at me dumb and asked me did I tell her 2 when I clearly did if BOTH of the drinks were wrong. Read moreThis location is the absolute worst Starbucks that I've ever visited and what's worst, I live less than 5 mins away from it. (When they opened this location, I was ecstatic but that quickly faded). I have tried on several occasions to order my coffee from this location, and every single time they get it wrong. I have ordered the same drink from Starbucks for over 8 years and have had it made impeccably well at locations in and out of town, but THIS LOCATION just can't seem to get it right for whatever reason. I always order ahead through the app and when I arrive, not only does to drink taste like pure milk, but it's also never hot (because it takes roughly 10+ mins to get to the drive through window).
There is this one individual who works the front counter and she's extremely rude which is out of the ordinary for a Starbucks barista or employee. What I will say is, I have never encountered a nastier attitude from a Starbucks employee ever. (I will come back and update her name when I find the card that I wrote it on). She advised that maybe "I should try ordering another type of coffee since I don't like the way they prepare my order." One she has way to many emotional issues she brings to the store all the employee there dislike her and talk behind her back when she not there. She let's employees stay at the job after having 3 to for no call no shows. Let's employees come in out of dress code. This is a food environment the dress code is there for safety of the food and the customers. I heard some nasty things about this store how equipment is not clean properly and the store manager does Nothing about it. Food is never time stamped when put on the shelf and only gets 2 day shelf life so people have probably been buy out of date foods. Honestly this store manager needs to be let go from Starbucks asap I have never seen a store manager this immature and disrespectful to all employees.
