1 star for reasons... I love Starbucks and buy a drink everytime on campus, but this is the day I have to make a review/comment for the staffs ... I asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and I got a regular latte, the drink was too hot for me to drink so I went back to ask for some ice in a venti cup. Of course if I was them I will happy to give customers what they asked for, but NO they didn't... One of the lady staff told me I have to pay, I was surprised that I have to pay for some ice at first, I know there were a long line but it's just some ice and I even holding their Starbucks coffee cup earlier to show them I wasn't ask some ice for any other drink. I rarely post negative review on social media but I was really disappointed ... hope there will be some changes...

This guy should not represent anyone’s company as a manager I could understand if a confrontation was it hand and one’s emotions got in the way but he was rude to my girlfriend without reason . Read moreI do not like this Starbucks. They shut down there espresso machines before they close so I can not get decaf espresso when I go there 30 minutes before they close. There whole menu should be accessible to their customers until they close. This place also goes by their own rules. I ordered a medium Vietnamese Coffee and they charged me for a seven dollar white mocha when it should have cost about 3 dollars. The barista told me that the manager changed how they ring up that drink. It doesn't make to me because other locations do not make up these rules. I don't recommend going to...
