Subway — Restaurant in Houston

On 6/18/2023 I was at the subway placing my orders. The young lady behind the counter was by herself which I had patience and she was doing a great job. Then I went to checkout and my bank thought someone stole my card so they kept declining my purchase. So while I was on the phone with them a lady and her dog came in this why my rating is very low for atmosphere. Dogs and cats should not be allowed in food restaurants this is Nasty. Before covid your pets stayed home. While the lady was ordering her food the dog kept shaking out his body. This is where the unsanitary part comes into play loose hair flys all over. I don't pay to eat where dogs are allowed. I will never ever eat from this location again. Thanks to the nice gentleman who offered to pay for my order.I did offer to zelle him but he didn't have zelle so I provided him my work information to be able to find me whenever he needs even though he said don't worry. Blessings to you kind stranger. I was getting frustrated with the credit card company to unrelease the hold on my account after I answered all the questions except when they asked foe my full social security number. Finally after I left they got the hold off...

The employees here are awful. I go to subway all the time, it was my first time at this location. I ordered a spicy Italian footling. Now that comes with 10 slices of salami and 10 slices of pepperoni. This lady only put 7 of each to put that in perspective I only got 70% of my sandwich I paid full price for. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I can call her out. She would then through ingredients back into the incorrect bins (throws the extra pepperoni that should have gone on my sandwich into the turkey). Then when I asked for salt an pepper, they have a pre-made mixture of the ingredients, however this lady proceeds to cover my sandwich with the ingredients separately and the amount of salt on the sandwich made it inedible. So my hardworking depressed husband decided to go to this place and buy the 6 1/2 meter sub that was promoted on the main website. They didn’t have it and my husband was very upset. He wanted it very badly so bought 19 foot longs for a total of $534.87. It was disappointing that they didn’t have it. The sandwiches are rotting in our pantry and freezer because of this store. Horrible experience.
