If you want to eat a delicious subway sandwich for any reason, don't eat here unless you get an hour-long lunch break or you otherwise have plenty of time on your hands. The workers, while friendly, are by far the slowest Subway staff I've ever seen. One of the reasons is that a large number of staff members at this location barely have a command of spoken English. For example, staff members do not understand terms like "A little", "A small amount", "A lot", "Extra", and "No". If they do, it appears that they do not feel compelled to listen to such requests. With all the time they spend making your sandwich as slowly as possible, maybe they're a little too busy with that to acknowledge you.
Another reason would be that whoever is in charge of training staff there can't seem to get their workers to perform their jobs any faster than they did on their first day at work. If you get a chuckle from watching people do their jobs with complete and utter ineptitude, you can go here for a laugh riot. Watching them work is similar to watching kids play around and pretend to be moving in slow motion, except instead of kids playing, it's a full staff of fully-grown adults and they aren't playing a game. After awhile, it just gets kind of sad.
If you want a sandwich and only have thirty minutes to eat it, however, prepare to wait an extra thirty minutes just to get the sandwich made, and prepare for that sandwich to not be made to your satisfaction. You can show up at this location and NOT be satisfied with the service, or you can simply not go...
Read moreI work across the street from this subway...and I'm never coming here again. If you're looking for professional, customer service, this is not the place for you. I came in yesterday at 7:40 pm to get a tuna sandwich. Keep in my mind I knew exactly what I wanted and no other customers were in the store. I told the lady what bread I wanted and cheese and she put it in the toaster..she then put the tuna on it an asked is if thats it as she walked to the register. I replied no I would like vegetables. She came back to that section and put what I wanted and walked back to register and asked again" so that's it". I told her no I wanted Salt and pepper. At this moment another person walked into the store and she then tells me " ok sir I have another customer now" as if I wasn't a customer...at this point I was disgusted with her service and decided to pay and leave. And when I got back to my job to my new job at the blood center I was told by colleagues that they have had that problem at subway with the same person also ..she was rude, unprofessional, and rushing the customer with no one in the store was unacceptable. Rushing a customer period is unacceptable. Subway needs to hire better people. I literally wanted 3 things on my sandwich and knew what I wanted and she refused to make time for a paying customer as she continued to talk to someone on her...
Read more“NEVER GO THERE, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE YELLED AT AND DISRESPECTFULLY TREATED”. The lady was TOO RUDE and totally unfriendly. First she called the customer who came after me as if I was not there and only took my order when I told her I was obviously hear first. She was talking to me rudely and she missed up my order by putting it in the oven till it got burnt. Instead of apologizing she asked my kids to leave the restaurant yelling at them:” this is a a restaurant and you should not make any sound here” even although there was ONLY one gentleman next to us. She added jalapeños to my kid that could had hurt him as it was spicy to him. She even did not want help the customer who came after us telling him that she is busy also in a rude way. I spent a lot with subway in different locations but this was an insult to me to be treated like that. You can see your reviews for this location and it true 1.5! If you do not respect your customer do not open restaurants any more. THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I...
