I recently had the pleasure of discovering Sunday Press, a charming café nestled in the in Harmon Park by McGovern Lake area. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the warm atmosphere. The cashier greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for my entire experience. I indulged in a honey sea salt latte, and I must say, it was exceptional – easily one of the best I've ever tasted. My partner opted for the brown sugar cinnamon latte, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Sunday Press itself is a cozy spot with a limited number of indoor tables, but this is more than compensated for by the delightful outdoor seating area overlooking the lake. The ambiance is truly special, offering a tranquil setting perfect for a relaxing break or a casual meet-up. The menu is surprisingly diverse and impressive, ranging from delicious snacks and gourmet burgers to decadent desserts and an extensive drinks list. I was particularly pleased to see a selection of healthy snack options available as well. The quality of the ingredients and the careful preparation were evident in every bite. I would definitely come back again to Sunday Press. Whether looking for a delicious coffee, a satisfying meal, or simply a peaceful spot to unwind by the lake, this café is a hidden gem that shouldn't be missed.

Such a cute little place in Hermann Park it’s right by the pedal boats and super cute with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer coffee large selection of bakery items as well as we were really surprised to find the hot lunch options here. We got a veggie burger and a Regular burger and both tasted okay. The fries were definitely great. I love their lemonade. I asked about the Chai that they make and turns out they use the concentrate to make the hot chai which wasn’t my favourite.

Love the macaroon parfait here at Sunday Press! This is a great spot to decompress and relax. There are ducks, paddle boats & fountain to enjoy while dining on their outdoor patio area. They have great dessert/cookie options, sandwiches & salads to pick from as well. Close to the medical center.

Unfortunately they are completely unorganized and it is impossible to speak with a live person when you call. I place an online order at the Asian Society location, which took 30 minutes to even get that far. Someone from the Herman Park location called me to tell me they do not have an item I had ordered, at which point I specifically told him that I placed my order at the Asian Society, not the Herman Park location. The man tells me "oh yes sir, yes that's correct" . When I arrived at the ASIAN SOCIETY WHERE I PLACED MY OREDR, they were clueless as to what I was talking about. Needless to say I had to then drive to the Herman Park location, NO PARKING AVAILABLE! Unless you have 1/2 a day to waste I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything to go from any of their locations! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! DID I MENTION THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET MY ORDER...

I ordered from Sunday Press on 3/25 for pick-up at 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:25 PM, only for a woman working there to rudely tell me that they weren’t open. I told her I had a pick-up order, and she said that the hours online aren’t accurate and that she didn’t know how to change the hours for online ordering (even though that seems like a very basic skill you should know if you offer online ordering). I asked if I would be refunded for my meal, and she said yes. It has been over a week, and the charge on my bank account was approved and posted. There has been no refund. I have called the store twice since then, and no one has picked up.

TL;DR: Don’t buy from this business. There are better businesses within walking distance that won’t...
