OK let me go ahead and say this. I usually don't write these but I feel I have to. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the city. They have 3 paces here. 1. Slow 2. Extra Slow 3. Super Slow. They can't get food out in a timely manner at all. I literally sat in line for about half an hour watching people in cars behind me back out and leave. Not just today but everytime I've gone to this location. I always drive off to notice there's no syrup in the soda. Just carbonated disgusting water. The Manager should be replaced asap. Only thing I can think of. This place needs new management. They get worst as time goes on. The service here is horrible. The workers look like homeless people working for free. Bad attitudes. Terrible tone of voice when taking your order or addressing your complaints. I even heard the drive thru person talking about the customer who had just left before me saying "well if they don't like it they don't need to come back". This is not fast food people. Be prepared to wait for a long time and double check your order and drink before driving off. Sorry to have to write this because really feel like I shouldn't have to but enough is enough. This is our neighborhood Gulfgate Taco Bell and to those of us who don't want to drive miles and miles to another location, you should voice your opinions as well. Read moreI’ve never experienced customer service like this before. I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything like this. I could almost reference a movie on how bad this is.. these employees literally acted like we were we were such a burden on them to even have us come through the drive-through. Starting from the moment, the first woman spoke with us in the drive-through she’s laughing and sounding like she’s having a good time and being rude about what we’re trying to order, which was a number eight Doritos Locos tacos and six soft tacos. That’s all we ordered. They tell us to pull forward. We wait a good 15 minutes then my husband proceeds to go inside because he’s wondering why we’re waiting so long while we’re heading to the airport. He’s in there for another 15 minutes. The manager is refusing to give him a refund , there are several other people waiting for their food as well. Very upset. Read moreWould rate 0 stars if possible. We spent literally 25 minutes in the drive through.. They gave us the Taco Bell part of the order, then disappeared for 20 minutes as we waited at the window. Came back and gave us the KFC stuff, we obviously complained.. They blamed it on "shift change" (it was 530pm) and claimed to not know what the previous shift did. Another 5 minutes and we got the remade TB items (after the originals were cold at that point).
Stuff happens when they're paying $8/hr, sure, but the worst part is that we didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any apologies whatsoever from the manager after asking to speak with her. Just a "it was shift change." Unacceptable. We'll never...
