KFC — Restaurant in Houston

If I am being completely honest with you, whoever labeled themselves as "local guide" and gave this place 4 stars needs to change that ASAP. This is by far the worst restaurant that I have had the displeasure of ever stepping foot in. I would much rather get food out of an irradiated waste disposal than ever eat out of this place again. If Colonel Sanders ever saw that his franchise would evolve into this, I could guarantee you he would cry himself to sleep that day knowing that his life work would devolve into a gut-wrenching excuse of a food dispensary. I would give this place 5 stars in atmosphere, only for the sole reason that I LOVE the pungent smell of sweat in a humid, warm, and ant infested restaurant. I honestly hope that they pay the workers there more than minimum wage, not because they don't deserve working in conditions like that, but because they excel in messing up people's orders that it makes me hope that whoever hired them is at least getting taken advantage of. could be 0 star....order online @4.41pm (.March 11, 2023). come to pick up 15 mi after that, my order still not ready. The whole team messed up, they kept yelling with each other. Their order ran late. I do understand they may lack of people. ok I can wait little more but at least talk to me nicely. The front staff girl wearing glass was super rude , the way she talked to customers, her eyes kept rolling like she mad about something. Well , I'm customers I need respectability. You got tired, you are short of hand..that was your own issue. You can not put your anger on customers. We have the right to come and ask to.check our order. This lady instead yelling with me to put me to sit on the chair. I never see any scenario like this at any restaurants.. Employees argue with each other, then they yelled with customers. Then I decided to go back after 30 mi. My order still not ready..Super frustrated. I left and will call customer service or other higher agency. I recently went to this KFC and had a terrible experience. I order my food and the person taking the order was having different conversations in the background while taking my order, to which it wasn’t even the right order. As well, didn’t repeat back my order and instead told me to put up to the window right away. When I pull to the window they ask me what I order and told them my order. Which they were confused about my order being different. They charge me for the Order I wanted and to where they charged me way more than it should have because I checked the prices of the order and clearly told them what I order and was charged for something I didn’t received. I didn’t bother going back to get back my missing food and they didn’t even give me my receipt. To which I had to check my bank account to see how much I spent and it was a lot than it should have. Slow service and long lines. Never going back to this KFC location again. Hope anyone that reading this, please stay away from...
