My wife and I decided to go on a breakfast run and taco bell was the last stop. When we walked in, Brenda, the cashier saw a bag of food I was holding and told us "You cant come in here and eat all that food" before I'd even made it to the counter to order. I told Brenda I had every intention on ordering so I could sit and eat and she told me I need to learn some respect, when I was nothing but respectful to that point. I planned on ordering more food but ended up only getting 2 Cinnabon delights because Brenda made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. After I sat down, Brenda was giggling with a group of workers, including the manager on duty. My wife went to the counter to confirm Brenda was the cashier that was rude to us. After refusing to give us her name and trying to get aggressive with my wife and yelling "i dont care" over and over again, I asked for the manager who was standing 3-4 feet away, complacent to how his employee was treating us. Despite witnessing the entire interaction, all the manager had to offer was a lukewarm apology. Even while the manager was apologizing, Brenda stood next to him and continued to buck at my wife and make mocking remarks. I understand some restaurants have a policy against outside food, however, the manager told us that they didn't have such a policy in place, and we were paying customers. My wife and I both have years of experience in the restaurant industry and customer services I've never seen anyone be as unnecessarily rude and hostile to a customer as Brenda B was to us this morning. Anyone with such a complete disregard for respect toward guests is not fit for a role in service and both Brenda and the manager on duty should be...

Worse TB service ever. I walked in for an early lunch. The lady behind the counter pointed to the kiosk immediately with no words. We probably stared at each other for a good 10 seconds while she kept motioning to the kiosk. I finally said, “what?!” She told me I had to order from the touch screen. When I asked why she wouldn’t take my order, she said because it’s cash only. Mind you, she had no idea what payment option I was using. The new touch screen kiosk stations at places has gotten out of hand. These were supposed to be used for convenience, not in place of assistance. I finally ordered and went to get my drink. The sodas had no syrup, just the carbonation. I had to pour it out and get Gatorade. When my order was ready, the lady calls to me and says, “ma’am…”. What does this lady do?? She can’t take my order, she couldn’t even bring the food 15 steps over. There was one table of 2 men in the restaurant. It’s not like she was busy. Absolutely lazy, is more like it. A senior couple came in during my lunch. The lady helped them at the counter and they paid with a credit card. Maybe she helped them because they were older. If that’s the case, at least I commend her for that. In to the food. The fries were on my list to try. Never again. They were hard and cold. The Mexican pizza was good and the burrito was good. I always think it’s such a shame to have customer service (lack of) spoil everything. Seriously, I am not making this up when I say I watched the lady stand behind the counter and stare at the screen in front of her. I'm not one to post reviews on anybody really, good or bad. But this location has rubbed me the wrong way one too many times at this point. There has been a few times now where I've gotten my food and it's been so sloppy (food coming out of packaging, tortillas ripped drastically) and when I take it back in they want to act like they don't know what's wrong with it while looking directly at it lol. The manager is really pretentious and takes his job way too seriously, in all the wrong ways. Which we had decided after that, that we weren't going to go there anymore. We forgot the other day because it had been a while and we went there to eat. Presentation was nice at this point BUT (and this is why I made this post) my daughter and husband got the chicken and I got the beef. Well now they're both stuck to the toilet with food poisoning. Don't get their chicken yall, it's not kept at proper food temp, it WILL make yall sick. I'd really just recommend not even going here at all. I leave this review because it’s true even though I’ve gone to this location on many times and had pretty decent service. However, today was the worst so I ordered two crispy crunch boxes whatever the promotion is as of right now got to the window paid, the gentleman was very pleasant asked us to pull around to the front, and they would bring it out. 30 minutes later the food comes out. I live two blocks from the restaurant I get home the foods cold I specifically asked for Diablo and as you can see, I got a bag full of sauce, one Diablo the attention to detail is poor perhaps because it was 9:35 they were preparing to close I believe the food that they gave us had to be meant for the trash! I am here to post reviews that if food services. Don’t get a grip on the quality of food they’re pumping out they are not gonna have any business. I will not continue to pay for cut rate service yet they continue to go up on their prices.

I leave this review because it’s true even though I’ve gone to this location on many times and had pretty decent service. However, today was the worst so I ordered two crispy crunch boxes whatever the promotion is as of right now got to the window paid, the gentleman was very pleasant asked us to pull around to the front, and they would bring it out. 30 minutes later the food comes out. I live two blocks from the restaurant I get home the foods cold I specifically asked for Diablo and as you can see, I got a bag full of sauce, one Diablo the attention to detail is poor perhaps because it was 9:35 they were preparing to close I believe the food that they gave us had to be meant for the trash! I am here to post reviews that if food services. Don’t get a grip on the quality of food they’re pumping out they are not gonna have any business.
