Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered through the drive thru and specified at multiple times that my order should not have meat in it. One of the burritos I ordered was made correctly while the other was not, and made me feel ill.
I am unable to consume their "Beef" (mystery meat?) products, and I found it highly offensive that the employee didn't believe that they made my order incorrectly until I handed her the burrito for her to inspect. Then she loudly proclaimed there is "Carne" in there to someone who seemed to laugh it off.
I asked for a drink or something to compensate this inconvenience and the employee said they could offer nothing. I asked to speak to the Manager "Dennis" and was told he would not be in until the next morning, she would not share his work contact number either. They even failed to give me a receipt the first time, and when I asked for it the 2nd time she said I would need to pull over and come inside because she is unable to do it through the window.
I found this visit highly unsatisfying and unprofessional. The only recourse she offered was to remake the item and when I reopened the wrapper I still saw small pieces of meat stuck to the outside of what was supposed to be a vegetarian burrito. I would be cautious about doing business here again especially after reading about the other negative...
Read moreOne of the worst locations in houston; i had an online order in attempted to go inside, the lobby was locked even though it was well passed the stated time It should be open so I precede to go through the driveway only to have the employee on the loudspeaker insist, I go inside even though both doors to the establishment were completely locked; the lady claims that I need to go inside. Because and I quote there is too many items on your order ( there's only 6) she's in proceeds to give me an attitude about refusing. Because the doors are locked only to have them. Ridicule me at the drive through window refusing me service asking if i'm okay.. let me tell you if I've wanted someone to tell me if I was OK you're not. I would go to therapy, not a Taco Bell drive through window. That's completely inconfident to the point of not knowing their own restaurant being locked or open yet here I am listening to someone completely unqualified. Telling me about my mental state regardless of the fact of this horrible experience. A question to the owners, is this the type of service you would like going to a food establishment? I am quite disgusted by your morning time...
Read moreI just stopped here and ordered a fiesta, veggie burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito, for context, I am vegetarian, I get my food, and I’ll drive off to head to my destinations, and discover that they gave me a beef burrito instead of the cheesy bean and rice. * I Do Not* have an accent, and I always make sure to speak extremely clear when I am ordering out to make sure there are no issues or errors when I’m going to a place that it’s not entirely vegetarian. The display screen ALSO HAD THE CORRECT ORDER. They look the same on the outside, so I’ve had no way to know it was wrong until I bit into it. Please be more mindful and diligent when people are ordering vegetarian items. Thankfully, I do not have any allergies but I am very displeased as what I got is not what I ordered at all. I also made several attempts to call the store prior to this review, but they are not...
