Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

Came in today for lunch there a family of 5 who had ordered before me and a young man from Amazon their orders took about 20 minutes to be fulfilled my order took an extra 10 minutes to be fulfilled so I waited for 30 minutes for "saucy" nuggets with no sauce just spicy nuggets on top of that the lady at the register today didn't give me my large cup I asked he for my cup and she gave me a bag I said no ma'am my large cup then she proceeds to give me a medium cup to which I correct her again and you can see she got frustrated and said what do you want? I said ma'am I paid for a large cup and you first gave me a bag when I asked for my large cup then you gave me a medium cup I am still waiting on my large cup with a whole attitude she then handed me a large cup. On top of all this, the dining room was dirty. The tables were sticky. The lady at the register walked away as 6 people were walking in, and then they were waiting for 5 minutes to order upon her return she didnt greet the customers she just walked up to the register and said are you ready? this employee has 0 customer service skills and should not be at the register. If you hate your job, this much work somewhere else or needs to be retrained. The manager then came up to speak to me about the nuggets with no sauce, and she corrected the problem. She was very friendly and made that situation a better experience. Thank you, Ms. Makayla, for being very helpful and correcting the situation from what I was told, she was understaffed, and even she was working the line. However, she still fulfilled her manager duties I give her service a 10/10, but I haven't given up on this place yet , hope the rest of the staff get with the program owners need to give this...

I have been living in Kingwood since 2004 and I can honestly say this Wendy’s has disappointed me the most. I went here this evening to order a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a sugar cookie. No only was the girl at the window rude to me, but the food was awful! The fries were cold and soggy, I had spicy nuggets mixed in with regular nuggets (ordered regular), and the cookie smelt like old moldy bread. I went back around to have them fix my order. The girl at the window proceeded to argue with me stating I had regular nuggets. I stated well I guess spicy got mixed in there. I got new nuggets and was told to move forward for fresh fries. 5 minutes later and a kid walks out and hands me cheesy fries with meat. I just wanted regular fries. Before I could say anything he runs off. I get home and find, to my surprise, one of the fries was green! I just threw everything away at that point. I thought I could let it slide when I got food poisoning from one of their salads back in 2021, but seeing how slow their service is, how rude the employees are, and disgusting the facility looks, and gross food, I will never be back to...

The restaurant looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. The carpet is nasty and sticky. Why in the world would anyone put carpet in a fast food restaurant? The wood chairs are also sticky and gross from decades of soda spills. The booths all have rips in them. The lighting is dim and depressing. The food was ok. The cashier got my husband's order wrong because my husband ordered a double and got a single and when he told the cashier his response was 'uh...so you want another patty?' yes, genius, we paid for two, we would like two. You can't get your own soda, they have to get it at the front counter and they have a label for Coke Zero. My husband asked for Coke Zero and the cashier started dispensing from the Diet Coke. My husband said 'no, Coke Zero, please.' and the guy responds 'oh nothing comes out of that one. We just use this one. They're basically the same thing.' Uh, nope, Diet Coke and Coke Zero taste different. But he just proceeded to give us Diet Coke anyway. Really weird and...
